Dreamweaver:
Adobe Dreamweaver is a web development
application originally created by Macromedia. Dreamweaver is, of course, the
established tool of choice for the professional Web design community.
When you work with Macromedia Dreamweaver MX the first time, or
on a new site the first time, you need to explain the Web site so that
Dreamweaver can work on it. The process includes naming your site, placing
local files on a directory on your hard drive, and showing Dreamweaver where
those files will be put on the Web.

Kompozer:
Kompozer is a complete web authoring
system. This system is designed for
beginners to set up a web page without having to learn the difficult HTML
coding.
The
program received a good review which stated “it’s a very good
program if you use it within its limits. It was created for a very specific
user and purpose and that it is very successful. If you’re a novice user trying
to create simple web pages this may be the perfect tool for you.” This was
rated an 8.
