To choose between the two packages, the key factors here are the download and upload speed. For both Unifi packages, the download speed is sufficient for household of 6 people with high usage. If you have more than that I required higher download speed, you can go for the 50Mbps download speed Unifi Package.
The other key factor is the upload speed. If there are minimum upload activities, 5Mbps upload speed is sufficient, but you are uploading tons of data to the internet, you will have to go with 10Mbps speed.
