THRISHIMA
THRISHIMA is a union of CSL families staying in Thrikkakara Municipality. The organization consists of 50 families, which started functioning from 2001. This forum bringing back human trials such as love, co-operation and social consciousness, societal awareness etc. which are eroding the present day set-up. Towards achieving them, Thrishima organizes family get-together, social functions, symposium & seminars, exhibitions and tours, etc. It also recognizes and boosts members who stand meritorious in the fields of arts, literature, sports and eduction. It shares the sorrows of families and consoles in unfortunate happenings and extend all help in the early recovery. In cases where the head of the family is lost, Thrishima extends all support, co-operation and solaces, economically and otherwise, to the maximum extent.
This social cultural organization was inaugurated in June 2001 by Thripunithura MLA Shri K Babu at a function presided over by Shri M E Hassainar, President, Thrikkakara Panchayath.
Leaders of Thrikkakara Grama Panchayath, Shri M E Hassainar, Shri K N Radhakrishnan, Smt. Mary Kurian, Shri N P Shanmughan and Smt. Sabitha Kareem were with us to grace different occasions during past years. Smt. Mary Kurian is also a member of Trishima Family.
Shri S Sreekumar, Ex.Director (O), CSL is our Member and Patron. Cmde M K Moorthy, Ex CMD, CSL, Shri N M Paramesh, D(F), CSL, Shri K K Sumumaran, Executive Director, CSL, Shri C K Thomas, Executive director, CSL, Shri M D Varghese, Chief Welfare officer, CSL, Shri K J Ramesh, DGM(HR), CSL and Shri P Aboobacker, Ex.Director, CSL were also with us to grace different occasions during the past years.
Apart from the Patron, the working committee comprises of President, Secretary and Treasurer. The families are divided into ten groups and each group headed by a leader.
So far, Thrishima could do all possible help, assistance and promotion to the family members to a great extent. Thrishima celebrates its Annual Day Celebrations in a happy and Festival environment, also with the participation with the invitees and dignitaries.
