Welcome To My Personal Site.
My name is John Thomas and have recently graduated from
Barry University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in
Chemistry. I was raised in small town in central Florida and as a child, I
have always been fascinated with science and the processes in which how
things work. In high school I was involved in various events including the
Chemathon, homecoming, and prom courts. As a senior I also received the
headmasters for my outgoing personality and presence on campus. After
graduating from All Saints' Academy I attended Brevard College in North
Carolina where I was part of the honors program and participated in NIAI
division I athletics. After two semesters I transferred to Barry University
in Miami Shores Florida where I completed my Bachelors Degree. As an
undergraduate I became involved with Tau Kappa Epsilon (social fraternity),
Gamma Sigma Epsilon (Chemistry Honors Society), and my work study
employement, which was in charge of new student orientation. I was able to
serve as both vice president and president in Tau Kappa Epsilon as well as
an orientation team leader for two consecutive years. Presently I am seeking
employment or an internship opportunity in a scientific field somewhere in
the south eastern United States.
