There is much difference between pool and open ocean swimming. Most of people think that they can swim in open water if they are good swimmer in a pool. But that’s not true actually. The temperature of water in pool and ocean different to each other.  The main difference between is the depth of pool and ocean. Ocean has waves and it is such a difficult and hard work to swim than swimming in the normal pool water.

You have to take some precautions before swimming in Open Ocean.

First of all you have to be calm and just believe in yourself. You have to warm up your body it will help your body physically and mentally prepared for swimming and decrease the risk of illness and injuries.

Marine life always attracts the swimmers. You should know the breathing techniques of inhale and exhale. Before going into the deep water you should be prudent about your stamina. You should know how long you can hold your breath in to the water and when you should come out of the water to inhale air.
