You can use the mirroring technique hold the picture of CT Russell go to a mirror and try to make the same expressions (the eyes and mouth). It will be impossible and inhuman. It is very abnormal. It is a totally inhuman way the two eyes are functioning. The left eye is wide open as if one is screaming the right (his right) is as a demon ready to tear apart prey. The same photo below was made to be colored from a book (propaganda) dealing with Russell. The eye is not a reptilian pupil in a vertical slit as in the original. It could be that color masks this effect. It has been said that some instances of people with reptilian vertical slit pupils is a happenstance of photography. Some believe this accounts for some but not all no one knows. It is irrelevant here because the look is a subliminal disguise of horror regardless.
