Costume custom specifications

Provided are the pictures of the uniform that I wish to obtain a price estimate on. I would like to get a quote on a uniform with pants.

Front side picture of male soldier wearing Jacket. The collar as pictured, needs to be done in red and close up to the top of the collar. Also the color of the jacket needs to match the color of the pants. Typical pockets found on the sides of your hips like on your everyday trousers are absolutely necessary! For material type cotton twill is needed. The color of the material needs to be olive drab as seen in the color of the unrelated picture below

This is the color that the uniform needs to be as close to as possible

This is a picture of what the front needs to look like, including the collar, chest pattern, and hard epaulets (if possible). A zipper should be used to close the jacket all the way to the top of the collar.

Another angle of the uniform desired. The fabric and stitching needs to be fairly resilient as it may have to take some rough handling with the equipment that will ride on top of it (which has already been acquired) Also the pants need a way of affixing a a belt, preferably belt loops that are hidden underneath the jacket when worn.
