All that has happened to me and my family ,just because im a clairvoayance i saw the future ,and i has invested money,i bought some real estate proprties and as i said to the military attache of the US Embassy in our meeting-im not sure if all that is because of me or because my properties.Why i had a meeting with the military attache ?-My client of who i knew it's address,name and when he called me he has left it's telephone number has called me to tell me that the US military attache in Greece has been shooted and now he is in the hospital.He has said other things too which i of course don't remember.I think that i have forgot some details now.But whatever this man-terrorist has understood from my silence that there is something wrong and after he asked a few questions and he don't had an answer he has close the phone.After that he has understood it's mistake.I didn't had a dilemma.I took the train to Sofia and i went to meet the US millitary attache.He had wth him the big red folder which we gave to him in our last meeting.We spoke,he asked a few questions to us,offer to us tea.In our meeting i realized for first time that what we have passed me and my family has begun to make us nervous.Speccially i was always controlling my self,but in these moments i was emotional and that feeling was coming from inside me. YES-I was always controlling my self,even when they convicted of five months in prison only very soft my voice has give away my emotions and that was because i had a stomach problems.But this story doesn't begin from that day.It begin from our unlucky meeting wth the boss of big naturl gas company-huge foreign investor in Bulgaria,the company is registered in LUXEMBOURG. On day a client has visited me as a consultant clairvoayance and he was searching their office in Sofia.He has asked me to find their address.It seems that many other people has failed in that before.My client had a hottel in front of cape GALATHA where was it's gas mine and he wanted to offer it's hottel to the workers in the gas mine.Of course i remember the name of my client.I was bussy and when i was free three day later i made i phone call and i settle a meeting with the boss of the Gas Company.It was very easy!Who know me -knows that there are no closed doors for me.Even because i had in my arms their address in Varna,their phone number and their bank accout- in year 1999 in EXPRESSBANK-VARNA.O,yes and i had plans for the future and mainly for the bussines future of our family company.Because after i made an appointment with their boss i made a bussines offer which was including also the selling of our Storage Base situated infront of port Varna -Illichevsk,Poti on the old silk road of transport corridor 8 -project TRACECA.At that time i was desperate that i can make bussines in Bulgaria and we has decided with my family to sell everything and to immigrate.I went to the meeting with Ivan D.It's family name i'll tell to you later.The building was near the Delfinarium.Around the building nobody has ever heard about the name of the company.The building was old,with two floors,with no fence.I enter there inside....groundfloor.In front of the landing opened door and in a little room there was only a table,chair,and telephone and a middle aged woman.She told us to go to the second floor.The staircase to the second floor was beggining almost from the front door.We went there .We knock on the door and enter into a room only with table and two chairs.The man inside was very gentle.Then.... our story begin and everything which has happened im very sure that it wasn't in our destiny.But why i decribe this story so foppish? NOOO,it's not only for you to learn that in front of us there was 17/seventeen/ criminal court cases untill now.From which 4/four/ coury cases for psychiatric FAMILY expertise to me and my husband with FOUR psychiatrists and one psychological doctor,5/five/ judges from the Regional Court Of Varna-without counting the court chairman,9 judges from the District Court OF Varna and all the prosecutors without a missing thing- both with their Main Prosecutor,companies of the STATE SECURITY - without stopping only to one,the president....Not only to teach you how to make for your needs a court claim request,how to require letter-certificatory from article 133 Criminal Processual Codex-i.e. evidences for your innocence,how to require determination of the evidences,SVE-Court veterinarian expertise,how to catch the court experts,how to make the judges to waiver from the criminal case and to waiver them selves from the case with the confession that they are corrupted . There are a lot of things that i can teach you in that part of the book. Chapter ONE from my biography. PRESIDENT OF REPUBLIC OF BULFARIA, We attach here the written book so you can assure that in all the Bulgarian Courts are not needed any proofs ,even their showing, not even observing of the Criminal Codex and Criminal Processual Codex from judges,prosecutors and police.There is no CONTROL for the illegal actions of the mentioned before legal institutions which turns them into a mafia organization with public membership and on public costs. In answer of the big desire and the wishes of the prosecution to characterize me please tell them -this chemical product with which regular allmost everyday from the end of year 2007-2008 and now 2009 is sprinkled agaist the moskuittos in our region -Karachanluka near ferryboat complex Varna-Poti,Illichevsk,Caucassus is givving influence in our family-part of the influences in our organism are partial and temporary paralysis,partial stopping of the heart,unexpected wringing of the muskles,the breathing stops for seconds.From outside the poison can be seen throu the periodically thrown chemicals little spots from old blood in the skin and a blood line in the middle of the eyeball both with unexpected raising of the blood pressure. -perriodicaly only after spreading from the small planes owned by companies of the States Security. Let 's we research the enemy - the public servant,the policeman,the prosecutor,the judge.THEY ALL WORK IN A SCHEME AND IT IS EQUALL FOR ALL OF THEM. Their goal is to crush,to destroy ,to make the people nervous and psycho-to destroy them .Sometimes they try not to leave trails,but the main goal is one -robbery of money,robbery of business,usage of people,destroing of people.When this system can't brake a man-they put it in the jail where this person will be killed ,destroyd, or can be used,or made drug abdicted. If you are involved in that war you must know the final result -you loose your calm life forever.Your family will be in somebody's computer and will follow your destiny.I don't have decision for this people who quietly sell and buy your destiny.As a fortune teller consultant if we were one hundred years ago i would say -Throw stones to them!But now we are in 21 th century and everyone must decide alone what will be the destiny of it's trouble makers - it depends from it's affairs. Now i begin the story from it's end -Family Staykov are convicted.This is the verdict - number 507 from 06.11.year 2008 -Regional Court of Varna -5 sastv Criminal Case 5052/from year 2006. prisuda. 
I allmost forget it.Briefly this part of the story-One very good gas company,which is neighbor of family Staikovi,ONE PRISON/JAIL with over 300 prisoners in which are security guards to them selves with a group of a few real jailers/security guards, one port,one ferryboat Varna,another one company-gas,which only has put it's leg,it's caravan and other it's things above a land of the municipality and We -Family Staikovi.There are people who are only hinted ,there companies who are not mentioned. No,we are not saying that the administration from the Jail is very conflict.What we has done when from the Regional Ecological Depapartment-RIOSV -VARNA and we have seen that from the jail has made a field with cannabis near the jail - we has waited tehm to begin collecting it's crops and then we sayed to the Ministry of Justice and to the Militaly police.Good people - they sayed that they don't see the field and the cannabis surrounded with adverising yellow band of the Cerramic Factory -that factory in which the prisoners work and who is on the territory of the prison.Why we betrayed them and for the other visits-was it worse for us that they make sex infront of our front door -jail security guard and prisoners ,when we has made a complaint to the military police one week the prisoners has collected the thrown condomsinfront of our property.Yes,we agree with the military policemen what Prison Razdelna are very conflict and that their psychiatrist has told them to make walking in the dark hours in all the neighbourgood.This situation was before our arriving and it will be in the future.The law is gone somewhere,the control is playing somewhere,but not in jail of Razdelna. The prosecution has become a business centre and the judges are offering a drink to the defendant in this bar called Ministry of Justice in Bulgaria, In one warm sunny day of September -after lunch suddenly we heard the noise of arriving car begins this story whatever it is -the beging of the end of our calm life which we had bordered after our arriving in the inherited property of the grandfather of my husband-Veselin which we bought from his mother and aunt and with the notarial deed and the changed statute of 14 000 sq.m. land in industrial statute of Storage Base and flour mill complex,we has arrived here to live on our property situated 28 km. from Varna citty-as we have sold a lot of gold jewels to buy a caravan,we sold all furniture,all the technics we had everything-we left only the most important things and what is mobile and we has moved to our property to escape from the attacks,the torment,from the bad people,with one word to find the people who has ordered our torment.We are the good people - the law is saying that!We pay taxes,we are religious people,we make donations,observe the law and the worst- we insist the other people to observe the law-mostly the people which work is that,Big mistake from ous side.Has happened that my husband has bought a pistol in the time he was working in the Army of Bulgaria -lawfully with the needed permission documents and he has made not only sin but he has violated the law- for information see the Verdict.Later you will read which exactly laws and regulations he has violated,it turn out that the observed from us law is an evidence against us.Another evidence against us is our clean court past.And because there aren't any other evidences the Before court proceeding has began on 29.09.2003 in one ordinary arrest in this sunny september day. The police of Beloslav has come to our property ,i din't let them go in ,they took my husband Veselin with it's pistol ,the bullets ,etc how they were on it's belt.With all my insolence, i wanted a document for my husband arrest,because the policeman were only interrsted from the notarial deed of our property ,and this for second time. The policemen gave me very kindly summons which nobody has added to our court case and the Judges didn't wanted to add this document as our evidence.They took my husband in the police station of Beloslav citty without kidness he was thrown to the floor and they has taken the pistol and the bullets ,all.The police man didn't wanted to see documents for ownership of the pistol,not even to make a check -up control.From the moment of the take away ,how they call it ,but not to the perquisition and the take away-from this moment begins the police act-number 2257 from year 2003 against me -Dimitrinka Ivanova Staikova-Staykova is my husband's family -birth from ancient tracian origin- Kayryakovi.... 06.11.2008 year ,12.05 am ground floor ,hall B Early-we wait ,arranged in front of the court hall and we have a look around.I winn.We enter now but the ballistic expert has't arrive yet.The other's are here.As i 'm taking out the documents in my folder,the Criminal Codex and the Criminla Processual Codex im taking a look at all the hall-one prosecutor plus one junior prosecutor,plus one witness Todor Denev from Petreco,plus 2 people from the court jury,plus one secretary which enters only with one folder from the court case.Enters the judge with the other seven folders from the criminal case -5052/from year 2006 -in Regional Court of Varna.The folders are heavy ,but before Cristmass when the case is for killed pig and yoy wait in your plate to arrive a steak,it's not so heavy.Judge Mitev is trying not to watch me, he is pale,his hands are shaking -5 minutes silence.Everybody are silent -of course only i know what is his problem.No,not only because im future teller,but because,i have done a few things to make him nervous.Bacause he was only seeing the gas company witness and it's pig for Cristmass. Well ,it was modest - only request to the chairman of the District millitary prosecution of Varna for the presence of the military prosecutor Zagorov on the case.Whay-because he has attached the documents from folder 299 from year 2007 as evidence -this is no reason to be so offended.He wasn't offended when i made a complaint to te Superior Court Council/vish sadeben savet that the judge is infirm to complete the case.Here my children has sayed-Impotanto,castrato.He wasn't offended when i accused him that he is falsificating the protocols from the case- then the judge very surprised has explained to me that in the protocols is written what HE decide to be written.He wasn't offended that he is violating our human rights.... Now slowly his face has it;s normal collor - he is young,with dark hair ,big nose,sharp chin.So the case begin. .....He begun to check the names of the prsenting people,It's voice tone was saying-I got you chickens,and i will finish with you today.Yes,my heating had that goal -to show it's intentions,to make him to act definitely.After the fourth case at the fourth judge from in all 5 from Regional Court of Varna-or commonly 16 criminal court case meetings because the other judges refused the case with the confession for corruption and other things - It was time for the judges to stop having fun delaying the case .Before the name checking finish has come the ballistic expert and he excused his self for the delay to prosecutor Zadgorska.She just has covered his delay with a proposol concerning the missing ballistic expert-lately all this has gone from the Court Protocol. I was in my hand preliminary scenarion of the court meeting written in the form of Request for adding to the court protocol - article 312 from the Criminal Processual codex/NPK.And again i reminded for hiding of the evidences in the case,many documents,falsificating of Court Protocols, sended complaint with my requests which i wanted the judge to put on it's table and to honour me with it's decision,which i can appeal.Not because it has any use - but because this is the game, and this are the rules. And we are stupid people - we play by the rules - this is the reason we are convicted. Well,yes -they agreed with me and the Court has decided -It leaves the requests of the convicted without respect .The Court was in a hurry for interrogation of the main engineer of the biggest and world famous gas company called may be,who knows to who and if has any coincidence with the breed wild or semi wild pigs Peatrin ,yes it's the story about the same Peatrincho and Peatrinka with 8 little non born pigs. The same pigs that are subject of our criminal case and the prosecution clain that they has come in our Storage base alive and healthy and they has gone out with some additional attributes - a bullet with steel heart -8 mm for Pistol Makarov.For the second pig Peatrin it;s not clear how and why the chief of the Beloslav Police Station in the documents of the District Military Prosecution of Varna was saying that there is second pig killed by family Staikovi.It's not clear why the prosecution have faith in him and the Documents are with Denial of investigation-WHERE IS THE KILLED PIG,IT'S COURT VETERINARY EXPERTISE,THE PROTOCOLS AND SOME OTHER THINGS MENTIONED IN THE CRIME PROCESSUAL CODEX-NPK- THEY ARE MISSING ! And yes,here we are -these bastards from the Prosecution allege that I -Dimitrinka Staikova have beat my husband and after from him has fallen his pistol and his bullets i was standing infront of the wild pigs which was deluded and thats the reason the pigs to pass under my net fence in my PRIVATE PROPERTY AND THEY GRAZE CALMLY IN THE OTHER PART OF MY PROPERTY SITUATED 500 METRES OR MORE FROM ME.And like in Cristmass time i was shooting in the air few times and the pigs has eskaped from my property,then we enter in the dark zone-THERE ARE NO DOCUMENTS ,NO VETERINARIAN EXPERTS,NO DETERMINATION OF THE EVIDENCE- THE PIG,NOT ONLY THAT BUT SUDDENLY ANOTHER PIG APPEARED WITH AFFIRMATION THAT IS KILLED.On the other day the pistol ,the bullets and the bullet holders are taken from my husband by the police.And now we have offended prosecution from that we don't confess our guilty. O,YES.Let me continue.We were so sweet explaining to the investigating policemen from the Beloslav Police station the situation,while he was just finishing to EAT the pig-The Evidence from Criminal Case -5052/year 2006 and the pig was accepted with Enactment for uniting of the investigation documents from 29.10.year 2003. Well,let me continue with the story of the gas company Petreco. We has called Todor Denev to prove the motive for the criminal case-exactly -the pressure,physical and phycological harassment with the main goal- the robbery of our private real estates.We wanted to prove that this witness is also a false witness,sended by family Denevi instead of the real Denev which we wanted for our witness.The harassment has come to attempts for murder and murders. With documents which Judge Mitev has collected without our knowledge he understood that the company called to a breed wild pig is bought by a company called to a sort of apples or sort of piper i don't remember exactly and the traces disapear.That's why when i showed to proofs that the original is existing - Darjaven Vestnik-the RePublic's newspaper and a media web site the Judge has felt deceived.That is shown very clear to the face of the man ,he firstly wanted from me to repeat the question that he made offended face the the woman from the prosecution.Visibly the court case was watched by a group of the Regional Prosecution of Varna because after the case in the court hall has entered old prosecutor who assure judge Mitev that he was there accidently and he was waiting 30 minutes in front of the door...the other part of he conversation was in a whisper. The interrogation begun-the witness Todor Denev - main engineer who cames for the second time in the Regional Court of Varna - it's clear that he is false witness and boy for everything in the company.He csays that he knows me and my husband and we were having a business relations,that the company of Denev was offering to us 10 000 us. dollars monthly for renting of our Storage Base and other fun things.And to make his self more interresting he mentioned and Overgas Company in the court case..I don;t say details because im sure that Overgas was not involved nor directly nor indirectly in our cases thil that moment - the future will say. Whatever is a publi secret that the both companies was scolding for the other gas mine in Black Sea and Denev has used the moment to make the troubles of Overgas . The first Judge who have seen the witness Denev -judge Boncheva,when she saw him she sayed that the is the herdsman of the pigs ,not the owner of the pigs.Althoutgh that being just a herdsman in Bulgaria is a big deal.He succeeded to deny a few times but the judge was judging him very grounding-"Isn't that the pigs herdsman?",and she refused to finish the case offended. No,i will not describe him,but after the interrogation begin and even judge Mitev understand that all the hard work he have done to take the witness in the court hall was in vain.After the witness said that he is main engineer the judge asked him what exactly the witness do in this company,the question was asked few times untill it comes to the mind of Denev so he can answer.Denev didn't answer to the question but the judge was insisting for answer of the questions-what exactly he is doing as a main engineer and what is the company main activity?The witness says:In Petreco i was working as a connecting link between Petreco and Overgas -finaly Denev answer. -What exactly means connecting link-the judge asks? -This is when are commissions between the companies-answer Denev. -What kind of commissions?What is the nature of your work?-the judge ask. -Any kind of commissions between Overgas and Petreco-Denev answer. WAving wth hands he described that he is a boy for everything which was against his high technical education and his main engineering. -How many people was working in your company?-asks the judge -Ten - answer Denev. It seems that he was having the lowest qualification. -What was doing the people from the company?asks the judge No detailed answer.Only"The company had to prepare the things,the documents for Overgas to work-answer Denev. He blame Overgas in a few sins-for example-that it was possible in the working line to exist problem with the owners of real estates.He said that he doesnt't know if the company Overgas has conflicts with us as owners of real estates. WE DOESN'T INVOLVE OVERGAS IT SEEM THAT .THIS PERSON DENEV HAVE A CONFLICT WITH OVERGAS AND HE WAS COVERING HIS ASS. As we promise in the case - we havent's asked external questions who was plentiful from the judge.We have seen that judge Mitev was searching for the daughter companies of Petreco-Petreco Bulgaria eood,Melrous Resources,as despite his Determination he refuses to insist document for Petreco Sarl ood-LUXEMBOURG.That's the reason despite we determine taht Denev is a false witness and presented from Petreco a witness because of his similarity with the real Denev we was having pity on judge Mitev and we has decided to want his interrogation. It 's no need to say that judge Mitev like this idea as a cristmass gift. ГЛАВА ПЪРВА -ПРИСЪДАТА Казвам се ДИМИТРИНКА ИВАНОВА СТАЙКОВА -от град Варна, България, ЕВРОПА И В ЕВРОПЕЙСКИЯ СЪЮЗ –ЯСНОВИДЕЦ КОНСУЛТАНТ ПО ПРИЗВАНИЕ, СЪДБА И БОЖИЯТА ВОЛЯ. Всичко това ми се случи на мен и на моето семейство, защото именно съм ясновидка видях бъдещето вложих пари купих имоти и както казах на ВОЕННОТО АТАШЕ НА ПОСОЛСТВО САЩ – Не съм сигурна заради мен ли е всичко това или заради имотите ми! Защо се срещнах с военното аташе- един мой клиент на който знаех адреса, името, а той при обаждането си остави и телефона ми се обади да ми каже, че са простреляли Военното аташе на Гърция в Атина сега простреляния са го закарали в болницата. Каза и други работи, които естествено не помня. Мисля, че съм позабравила сега някои подробности. Но както и да е човека- терорист се осети по мълчанието ми, че нещо не е в ред и след като зададе няколко въпроса и не получи отговор затвори телефона. След това е разбрал грешката си. При мен нямаше дилема. Взех влака за София и веднага отидох да се срешна с Военното аташе. Срещата ни се състоя в едно заведение близо до Посолството на САЩ. Воеенното аташе носеше червената папка, която преди това му бяхме предали. Говорихме, зададе ни няколко въпроса, почерпи ни с чай. При срещата ни с него за пръв път осъзнах, че това което бяхме преминали аз и семейството ми вече е започнало да ни изнервя. Аз която винаги се контролирах сега се държах емоционално и си ми идеше отвътре. ДА - контролирах се винаги, даже, когато ме осъдиха на пет месеца затвор само леко гласът ми издаваше вълнение и то защото бях със стомашно разстройство. Не тази история не започва от този ден.Започва от злополучната ни среща с шефа на газова компания – голям чуждестранен инвеститор в България, фирмата е регистрирана н Люксенбург. При мен като ясновидец-консултант дойде един клиент, който издирваше офиса им в София. Помоли ме да намеря адреса им . Явно други преди мен не бяха се справили. Клиента ми имаше хотел срещу Галата – място където беше газовото находище и искаше да предложи хотел на работниците на газовото находище. Ама разбира се , че не помня името на клиента си. Бях заета – освободих се след три дни и в края на третия ден се обадих по телефона и си уговорих среща с шефа на Газовата компания. Беше изключително лесно. Който ме познава знае, че за мен затворени врати няма- Още повече, че в ръцете си имах Варненския им адрес, телефона и банкова им сметка –1999г в Експресбанк-Варна.О, да и имах планове за бъдещето и то-точно за бизнес-бъдището на семейната фирма. Затова след като си уговорих срещата с тяхното капо приготвих една оферта, която включваше и продажба на нашата Складова база срещу пристанище Варна-запад и срещу ферибот Варна-Иличивск-Поти на пътя на коприната –ТРАСЕКА. Тогава бях се отчаяла , че ще мога да правя бизнес и решихме семейно да продаваме и да емигрираме.Отидох на срещата с Иван Д…. ФАМИЛИЯТА ПО-КЪСНО. Сградата беше до Делфинариума. Около него никой не беше чувал името на фирмата. Сградата беше стара ,двуетажна, неоградена. Влязох вътре…предверие- площадка. СРЕЩУ площадката отворена врата и в една малка стая, в която имаше само маса и телефон седеше жена на средна възраст. Жената излезе на площадката и с жестове и думи ни отпрати към втория етаж. Стълбите на който започваше почти от външната врата . Качихме се. Почукахме , влязохме - стая само с маса и два стола. Човекът – много любезен. После ….започна историята ни и всичко което ни се случи и за което бях уверена, че не е по съдба. Защо сега суетно записвам тази история. НЕ . не еее само за да научите , че срещу нас имаше 17 седемнадесет наказателни дела –досега . От който 4 четири дела за ПСИХИАТРИЧНО-КОМПЛЕКСНО-СЕМЕЙНО ОСВИДЕТЕЛСТВАНЕ С 4 ЧЕТИРИМА ПСИХИАТРИ И ЕДИН ПСИХОЛОГ , пет съдии от Варненски районен съд – без да броим председателя, девет съдии от Варнески окръжен съд – без да броим председателя, цялата прокуратура – без изключения- ведно с Главният им прокурор, фирми на Държавна сигурност – без да се спираме само на една, президент… НЕ само за да ви науча как да си направите искова молба, как да си поискате УДОСТОВЕРЕНИЕ чл 133 НПК – тоест доказателства за невинността ви, как да поискате установяване на доказателства, СВЕ –съдебно ветеринарна екпертиза, как да пипнете вещите лица, как да накарате съдиите да си подадат отвод и сами да се отвеждат като корумпирани. Има много неща на които ще Ви научи тази част . част първа от Биографията ми. ЯСНОВИДКА- родена на 16.08.1962 в 6.30 сутринта във Варна. Астролозите твърдят, че 5 петте звезди на трон са били предвестници на много работи. Но аз съм само жена –домакиня – с тежка асма с добро семейство. По време на делото научих ,че съм и с щастлив брак – от мъжът ми. Завиждайте… Опитах всичко, за да живея спокойно. Даже писах на ПРЕЗИДЕНТА НА РЕПУБЛИКА БЪЛГАРИЯ- Помолих го за помощ-финансова и морална, тъй като той като главнокомандващ Българската армия можеше да ни помогне заради искането да освидетелстват мъжът ми , затова , че докато е служел в редовете на Българската армия и след това се е пенсионирал заради прослужено време не е бил психиатрично освидетелстван . Съвсем сромно поискахме и финансова помощ, заради лекарствата , които купуваме. Тук дословно побликуваме първо отговора.
сега нашия отговор ГОСПОДИН ПРЕЗИДЕНТ НА РЕПУБЛИКА БЪЛГАРИЯ, Прилагаме тук написаната книга, за да се уверите в Българските съдилища не са нужни доказателства, нито предевяването им, нито спазване на НК И НПК от СЪДИИ, прокурори, полиция.Няма контрол за беззаконията на гореспоменатите, което ги превръща в мафиотска организация с държавна членска маса и на държавна издръжка. В ОТГОВОР на голямото желание и исканията в съдебни заседания на прокуратурата да ме охарактеризират моля предайте им – това химично вещество, с което редовно, почти всекидневно от края на 2007 г – 2008 г и сега 2009 г пръскат против комари в нашата местност Карачанлъка до ферибот Варна – Поти вече и – Кавказ -оказва влияние върху цялото ни семейство –част от пораженията в организма ни са частична и временна парализа, частично спиране на сърцето, рязко свиване на мускултурата, спиране на дишането за секунди . Външно отровата се вижда чрез изхвърляните периодично само след пръскане от самолетчетата на държавна сигурност малки съсиреци в кожата и кървавата черта по средата на очната ябълка придружено с рязко повишаване на кръвното налягане. За нищо не молим. Но имаме предложение – Молим онзи чех, който е нарисувал България като клозет да добави и законите например Конституцията, НПК, НАКАЗАТЕЛЕН КОДЕКС и други закони на мястото където слага тоалетна хартия ще имат важно приложение, а не никакво и цинично каквото е в сегашно време. Имаме и предложение – бъдето ПРЕЗИДЕНТ, а не историк докато Ви тече мандата и прочетете тази биографична книга Ще намерите много неща, които са били и са в Вашия ресор – националната сигурност. Няма нужда ДА БЪДЕМ ОКАЧЕСТВЯВАНИ КАТО СЕМЕЙСТВО – ПРОБЛЕМА НА КОРИДОР 8. Има истински проблеми, които Вас чакат, истинска работа, която само Вие можете да свършите – ЗАПОЧНЕТЕ СЪС ЗАЩИТА НА КОНСТИТУЦИЯТА и ЧОВЕШКИТЕ ПРАВА В НЕЯ. Бъдете президент на Република България. Книгата ще Ви хареса – материалът е познат за Вас – например онази част в която полицията взема уж простреляно прасе , като веществено доказателство и го изяжда или другата, че вече на България не се харесва ОВЪРГАЗ и всички мръстни истории се прехвърлят на другарчетата от ОВЪРГАЗ. Има и много смешни моменти Вие като ловец ще ги оцените – как с един куршум се прострелва смъртоносно едно прасе и през единствения отвор куршумът излиза и убива второ прасе. ОЧАКВАМЕ ПИСМЕННИТЕ ВИ ИЗВИНЕНИЯ ЗА ТОЗИ НЕПРОФЕСИОНАЛЕН ОТГОВОР. Не се надяваме на отговор. ЗАТОВА единственото, което може да помогнем на други хора.Нека всички прочетат, нека всеки познае себе си, нека всички споделим този терор на правораздавателни, правосъдни и фирми на държавна сигурност, които са се самозабравили. Превърнали са закона в частна банка, която работи за тях. Превърнали са морала и съвестта в беззаконние. Стигнали са до падението една държава да бъде изобразявана като клозет , а НАКАЗАТЕЛНИЯ ЗАКОН И НПК да са тоалетната хартия в този клозет. Какво можем да направим. Да проучим врагът – държавния служител- полицай, прокурор, съдия. ТЕ ДЕЙСТВАТ ПО СХЕМА И ТЯ Е ЕДНАКВА ЗА ВСИЧКИ. Тяхната цел е да смажат, да унищожат, да психясат, да изнервят, да унищожат .Понякога се стараят да не оставят следи , но целта е една – заграбване на имоти, заграбване на пари, заграбване на бизнес, използване на хора, унищожаване на хора. Когато не могат да пречупят човек го вкарват в затвора за да го убият, унищожат, използват, зомбират с наркотици. Ако сте въвлечени в тази война трябва да знаете крайния резултат – вие губите спокойния си живот завинаги. Семейството ви вече ще бъде в нечии компютър и ще последва вашата съдба. Нямам решение за тези хора, които с лека ръка продават и купуват Вашата съдба. Като ясновидка ако бяхме сто години назад щях да кажа – замеряйте ги с камъни. Сега сме в двадесет и първи век нека всеки сам да реши и определи съдбата на своите съдници- всекиму според делата. Ето започвам историята от края – Семейство Стайкови са осъдени. Ето присъдата –номер 507 от 06.11.2008г на Варненски районен съд 5 състав Наказателно дело 5052 от 06г
Без малко да забравя. Накратко тази част от историята – Една много добра газова компания, която е съсед на семейство Стайкови, един затвор над 150-300 затворници в него, които се охраняват сами с група няколко надзиратели, едно пристанище Ферибот- Варна, още една фирма – газова, която само е положила крак, фургон и други работи върху общинска земя и ние семейство Стайкови. Има хора, които са загатнати, има фирми, които не са споменати. Не , не ние твърдим , че от затвора са много конфликтни. Какаво направихме , когато от РИОС-ВАРНА и ние установихме, че са си засяли нивата с канабис до затвора – изчакахме ги да започнат да си го обират и после ги предадохме на Министерството на правосъдието и Военна полиция. Добри хора – казаха, че не виждат нивата и канабиса, оградени с рекламни лепенки на Керамична фабрика – тази, в която работят затворници и която е в територията на затвора. Защо ги предадохме и за секс – свижданията и другите свиждания , лошо ли ни беше, че пред вратата ни правиха секс – надзирател и повиканите затворници, като се оплакахме на военна полиция цяла една седмица си прибираха затворниците презервативите пред имота ни. Да съгласни сме с военна полиция, че затвор Разделна са много конфликтни и че техния психиатър им е препоръчал разходки по тъмно в цялата околност. Така е било преди нас и така ще бъде . Законът някъде е отпътувал, контролът някъде се е заиграл. Прокуратурата е станал бизнес-център, а съдиите поднасят питието на подсъдимите в това заведение наречено Министерство на правосъдието. В един прекрасен септемврийски ден топъл и слънчев – след обяд с внезапно шума от свистене на кола започва тази история – каквато и да е тя е начало на края на спокойствието с което се оградихме след преместването си в наследствен имот на дядото на мъжът ми – Веселин, който закупихме от майка му и леля му и с нотариалния акт и сменен статута на 14 000кв метра земя в промишлен статут на Складова база и Мелничен комплекс дойдохме да живееем тук на 28 км от Варна - Като продадохме една шепа златни накити за да закупим фургона, продадохме цялата мебилировка, цалата техника – всичко – оставихме само най-важното и преносимото и дойдохме за да избягаме от нападенията ,от тормоза, от лошите хора с една дума, за да се натресем на поръчителите на лошите. Ние сме добрите – закона го казва. Плащаме данъци, вярващи сме, правим дарения, спазваме закона и най-лошото държим и другите да го спазват предимно служителите на закона. Голяма грешка от наша страна. Така се оказа, че мъжът ми като си е закупил пистолет по време на служба в редовете на Българската армия – законно с нужните разрешителни и направил освен грях и е нарушил Закона.- за справка виж присъдата. По-късно ще прочете кои точно закони и правилници е нарушил, оказа се , че спазения закон от нас е доказателство срещу нас .Доказателство срещу нас е, че сме и с чисто съдебно минало. И тъй като други доказателства нямаше се започна Досъдебно производство на 29.09.2003г с един обиктовен арест в този слънчев септемврийски ден. Дойдоха, не ги пуснах да влязат в имота, прибраха Веселин с пистолета, патроните и пълнителите, както си бяха на кръста му. С Цялото си нахалства поисках документ за арестта, защото полицаите искаха само нотариалният акт на земята ни и то за втори път. Много любезно ми подадоха призовка, която никои не е приложил от Досъдебно производство в делото, а съдиите не искат да я приложат и като наше доказателство. Отведоха Веселин в Полицейско управление Белослав без любезности го съборили и взели пистолета патроните и пълнителите. Не са поискали даже документи за собственост , нито да извършат някаква проверка. От момента на изземването както те го наричат , а не обиска и иземването започва дознание 2257 от 2003г срещу мен Димитринка ИВАНОВА Стайкова по мъж от рода на древен тракийски род – Кайрякови.. 06.11.2008т 12.05часа – партер зала В По-рано –Чакаме наредени, през съдебната зала и се оглеждаме Аз печеля. Вече влизаме, а а балистичният експерт още не е дошъл. Другите са тук. Докато вадя документите к папката , Наказателният кодекс и НПК оглеждам цялата зала – един брой прокурор прюс 1 брой младши прокурор , плюс 1 свидетел Тодор Денев от Петреко плюс 2 съдебни заседатели , плюс секретарка 1 брой , която влиза само с само 1 папка от Наказателното дело. Влица съдията с останалите набъбнали още 7 папки ат Наказателно дело 5052 от 06г- ВРС. Папките тежат, но пред Коледа , когато имаш простреляна свиня и чакаш да ти пасне на чинията пържола - тежкото се понася. Съдия Митев се опитва да не ме гледа – бледен, ръцете му силно треперят – 5 минути – тишина. Съдия Митев е забил поглед в НПК и не мърда. Тишина. Всички мълчат- Естествено само аз зная какво му е.
