Thank you for choosing to join me in my journey of spiritual healing. We all have wounds buried deep within all of us that we must heal. I have plenty of such wounds. I grew up in many towns as my dad was in the military so there is the whole make friends and have to leave them thing. Plus when I was born I got trapped in the birth canal and was deprieved of oxygen for a very brief time but it was long enough to cause me to have some medical conditions such as epileptic-type seizures when I was a baby. As a result of that and being the first born my mother went into hyper-protective mode. I was on at least 6 different drugs until the age of at least three when I finally started talking. Now that I am 31, I've decided to heal myself and learn about spiritual healing and massage therapy which everyone who knows me swears I have a gift for. My ambition is to eventually gain enough knowledge and literature to open up a spa/learning center where people can learn the exact same things the therapists treating them learned so as to be able to ensure that they are being treated and cared for in the best manner and if they decide to pursue a similar career as their therapist than they have a first place to go to since I'll include school information upon request. I am living proof that you can overcome adversity and what people say about you. For years my mother tried to tell me what I was and wasn't and now I am on a path that she swears I shouldn't be on because it's not what I am. She told me for years that I couldn't do anything right, that I was stupid and idiotic for doing most of what I did but like i tell her if I didn't try I'd never learn.
