How I made this website

hi friends in this website you get free software with keys,ethical hacking tips,tricks & much more.Before 1 year i want to make a website but i don't know how to make it. but some times ago i found a html.net where i learn basic html and css & try to make a website & today i make my first webpage but this site make with the help of using other site.at-last i make it.i know i am new in this field but after some time and your valueable response make this site more better.I don't  know how to arrange web pages but i will do after some time.
so go html.net & learn html & css.
