For Those Who Stand for Liberty

"There are two Constitutions: (a) “this Constitution” means the written one for the United States of America and (b) “the Constitution of the United States” meaning the territorial make-up of the United States as federal territory. All federal law is made for federal territory. What is federal law? It is the entire United States Code."

FAQ's:
  1. Why are there limited postings personally relying upon USC and CFR? Answer: Know the territory and know the law. Read directly above. Why would you place yourself under something that does not belong to you? All USC and CFR is law for government only that reasons from all Constitutions being supreme law for government[only]. Thus an intelligent person does not rely personally upon any law for government but simply uses same to remind government employees oftheir limitations. You know the latter from Clint Eastwood movies which are paraphrased: "A {government} man has got to know his limitations." That said if people contribute works that are exceptionally good and feature an occasional slip-up, they will be permitted so as not to destroy the originality.
  2. Why are there no postings personally relying upon court decisions? Answer: As a matter of general principle this website does not post documents containing court decisions. To know the territory is to know the law. Any court that sits on a particular territory adjudicates territorial law and makes rulings binding on or in that territory...only. The only court decisions posted would be those that remind government of its restrictions when operating under ITS law for government. If a piece submitted by another is exceptionally good and original and contains a court decision proving its point, it will be permitted.
  3. Why aren't there any postings on Constitutional Rights? Answer: Please wipe that phrase from your memory. This website does not post documents that tie rights in origin to the Constitution. All rights are inalienable and are not defined by such written words of limitation. Nothing good ever came of secrecy. Compare the document worthy of signatures called the Declaration of Independance with that of the document born in secrecy called the Constitution.
  4. Can I rely upon any information on this website? Answer: This website promotes truth to the best of any submitter's knowledge. It has no authority to speak for other website links. If you're looking for legal advice on law for government, talk to someone who associates at "the bar"--aka a lawyer. Be aware they are permitted by the same territorial courts to practice, so relying upon a lawyer will get you an answer that preserves the lawyer's permission slip as the first obligation of a lawyer is to the court--not you.. Sadly even the courts have judicically noticed that "most lawyers have scant knowledge of tax laws". Hint: Please read the Declaration of Independance and focus intently on the words "self-evident" truth. When you rely upon another, you are looking for evidence of your freedom and inalienable rights only through the words and person of another. If you rely upon a judicial decision, then you rely in evidence upon the written words and person of a judge. Does his agenda match your right's preservation? If you rely upon a lawyer, you rely upon his written evidence words and person. Ditto for educators, pastors, parents and espeically politicians!  Now if you ask an enslaver [who exists even in the slightest degree] for evidence of your freedom and rights, what answer would you expect? And so in the end, you are in the same situation as the writer in 1776 who coined the term "self-evident" truth. You should thank your maker for getting there! For in reality the truth of ALL inalienable rights requires no evidence from any outside party, save for "the self."

Notice: Any user downloading any information agrees to the following terms. The information presented on this website assumes an INNOCENT PARTY seeking freedom is visiting. Such person should proclaim to stand for liberty. Anything presented as educational remedy assumes the party has committed NO unlawful act [under law common with people] and is simply attempting to correct a wrongful assumption. George Bush urges you not to live under tryanny and hopelessness and he commits the resources of the United States to helping you--see below. Nothing on this page constitutes legal advice. This website does not have a "mission statement" of serving "taxpayers": If you are a federal 26USC "Taxpayer" creation of government, the information on this website probably does not pertain to you--please visit your friendly IRS for discussions about your indentured-servitude papers, returns and forms. Nothing on this website is for profit. Everything is educational material. If you are an employee of government and your ultimate boss is George Bush, be aware of his message committing the [federal] territorial United States to freedom:

"Today, America speaks anew to the peoples of the world: All who live in tyranny and hopelessness can know: the United States will not ignore your oppression, or excuse your oppressors. When you stand for liberty, we will stand with you." – President George W. Bush, 1/20/05

Any employee of government downloading information acknowledges that America is different from the United States and that the term United States in federal law means just the federal territory. Said employee agrees to "stand with" and not oppress the other parties downloading information--including but not limited to standing as co-defendant in any court action--as long as the other parties simply proclaim they stand for liberty. This website has no authority to speak for other website links other than to say they might contain educational reference material.
