TANDOORI CHICKEN

1. Add Chicken Tandoori Masala, salt to required amount of yoghurt (According to amount of chicken) 2. Mix in green chillies, and lemon juice or vinegar. 3. You cen also add red food colouring for the red colour. 4. Take chicken, if using boneless chicken, cut into pieces of preffered size. 5. Make tiny striations in the chicken so that the flavor goes iinto the entire chicken piece. 6. Mix the chicken and youghurt-masala thoroughly. 7. Marinate overnight. 8. Pre-heat the oven to 350 deg F for ten minutes 9. Spread the pieces of chicken on an oven sheet. 10. Bake at 350 deg F for 30-40 minutes. 11. Test a piece after 30 minutes to check if done 12. Remove from oven when done and let cool 13. Enjoy

MEATLOAF-INDIAN STYLE

1. Cut one large onion into small pieces 2. To a frying pan add oil and after the oil is heated add jeera. 3. Caramelize the onions on the frying pan 4. Upon caramelizing the onions add ginger garlic paste (to taste, about a quarter spoonful) to the mixture, and fry . 5. Then add turmeric –1/4 tsp, dhania 1 tsp, Chicken masala-1 tsp, chilli powder, salt ,according to taste 6. Fry the mixture for sometime. 7. Remove the mixture from the stove. 8. Thawed ground turkey (1 pound) is then added to the mixture 9. Add bread crumbs (About half to one cup) 10. Add two mashed potatoes. 11. you may need to add some more of the above mentioned masalas at this point, according to taste 12. Mix and mash the mixture gently and form into a loaf shape. 13. Put the meatloaf into an deep oven dish 14. Preheat the oven to 350 deg F for fifteen minutes 15. Bake meatloaf for 30-45 minutes, check if cooked after 30 minutes using a fork to check. 16. Remove after done and let cool 17. Enjoy

CHICKEN BIRYANI

1. Cut one and a half onions into long vertical pieces. 2. In a pressure cooker heat oil and then add jeera 3. Caramelize the onions on the frying pan 4. Upon caramelizing the onions add ginger garlic paste (to taste, about a quarter spoonful) to the mixture, and fry . 5. Then add turmeric –1/4 tsp, dhania 1 tsp, Chicken biryani masala-one an a half to two tsp, chilli powder, salt ,according to taste 6. Fry the mixture for sometime. 7. Add water to the mixture 8. Add yoghurt to the mixture about two tsp 9. Add chicken to the mixture (you can marinate the chicken overnight with chilli powder, lemon, turmeric and yoghurt) 10. Add two (or as much as wanted )cups rice to the mixture and adequate amount of water. 11. Pressure cook to two whistles or three( Preferably three). 12. Let it cool 13. Enjoy
