Growing up, I always thought i was going to the army. I never really showed any interest in art or school, until one day everything changed. I woke up one morning during my junior year of high school and everything was somehow different, and i thought differently to. After this change, I needed to direct my time and energy into something new, so I started drawing everyday. I would draw anything that would pop into my head, mainly designs. Ever since then I've been obsessed with designs; and even today my designs are still a main focus in my art. I want my designs to grow with me and evolve into something better. In my work I use simple shapes. I have taken these shapes and designs from many different sources other tattoo artists, music, nature, all types of art and tribal and Asian culture. Many of my designs utilize symmetry. I am drawn to the balance of symmetry; its balance reflects how I want to be balanced. One of my primary motifs is the human head, I use the profile perspective mainly because it's what I'm most comfortable with; but I still utilize different perspectives. Another motif I use is circles and dots. After school I want to become a successful tattoo artist, so I always try and stay with a tattoo state of mind because; i want to become an amazing tattoo artist. I want to be able to do any challenge that someone brings me. In the future I want to eventually own my own tattoo shop and make positive permanent marks on peoples skin, and lives.
