Hello, everyone. I am Sam, and I have been a gym instructor for more than ten years now. I have always believed that exercise is essential for our body and my trainer Sir Mathew kept my belief intact regarding this. And he trained me so effectively that I was always able to help every member of my gym to attain his/her fitness goals.

I've always come across people who have asked me to give certain tips and secrets regarding the workouts to help them in gearing up their fitness regimen. All of us have individuals have fitness goals. Some may want an athletic body while some may want a well-toned body and some might be interested only in having a fit and healthy body. But whatever your goal is, you need to set realistic goals to achieve them.

 

Athletic look

 

Athletic look requires a very thorough workout consisting of weight lifting, rigorous workout techniques, etc. These kinds of workouts require a lot of energy and result in a lot of calorie burns. So to not let your body whine, and to get better results out of what you are doing, you should follow the diet plan instructed to you by your trainer strictly. Never ignore the intake of the required amount of proteins and carbs because that will prove to be fatal for your health in the long run.
