I,m starting off on a really down note. Hopefully not everything I,m going to post is going to disguise my amazing sense of humor, but hey ho.

I was listening to radio news this morning just as I was dropping the kids off at school, I was merrily waving away at my three  charges when I heard the news guy describing the carnage of the Chinese Earth quake, he was describing an ordinary chinese primary school that had folded like a deck of cards and taken every soul inside in the blink of an eye. Then you have to remember the Chinese "one child " policy, this effectively wiped out a whole generation of this community , probably others too. No matter what horrors we are capable of inflicting on each other, the sheer random destructio of an impassionate earth and an eager reaper can still take your breath away.

This Cinese contemplation is on the same day as The UK Government releases confidential UFO FILES, showing that firstly there are a huge number of these sightings that are never rationaly explained (especialy the group of people on Waterloo Bridge who all saw the same UFO) and also that the official line is that these files are investigated as a means to discover if we are being spied on by foreign powers rather than any suspicion of impendinalien invasion.
