Since we have begun traveling to many different cities and experiencing the good, the bad and the ugly we have decided to critique our interactions during every stop. Each city has a life of its own whether it be day or night. We are going to keep in mind the times of day and the day of the week of our arrivals as that first impression can make or break our stay.
This will be our diary of experiences with hotels/motels, restaurants, bartenders/waiters, city officials (government, police, fire rescue, paramedics, security), venue personnel (includes security) and will be inclusive leave no stone unturned. We will at times compare situation such as one motel/hotel chain with another. This will include all the amenities offered such as blow dryer, refrigerator, microwave, in-house restaurant, wireless internet, knowledge of the staff, pet lovers, 24 hour on duty staffing, long distance calling, free newspaper, access to airport/bus and train terminal, local calling, parking, pool, wakeup calls, fitness center, business facility, complimentary breakfast and room service.
It will be a report card of each city so when you begin to search for the best travel city for your next vacation or business conference location we will have done a check list for you in advance. Our pregame warm-up will allow you to detour around the less exciting or money wasting unnecessary promotional sites that will be disappointing. This can only enhance your the time you spend in the cities we have been through.
Let the process begin. As we have just begun to take this part of our traveling more serious the reader will be able to see our growth in gathering as much detailed information as we can.
