LG317 World Studies: Russian Mysteries invite you to sample Russian
culture through The RUSSIAN FOOD NETWORK project, featuring the cuisine
of Russia and its surrounding regions.
Watch your e-mail for recipes individual students in the class have
selected, researched, and prepared. For a true Russian feast for the
eye and for the palate, each student will also recommend a short
Russian literary work in translation to enjoy while savoring the dish.
We encourage you to try the recipes and the reading selections at your
home.
THE RUSSIAN FOOD NETWORK project will culminate in an event at the end
of the semester, December 2nd, 4:30-5:30, in the Whitman Commons.
