Vienna embroidered this viking dress Queen Gabriella for Birka, 2008. The applique is a Zoomorphic rendition of Their Majesties personal animal heraldry (the falcon is from the Book of Kells, and Vienna made/designed the horse myself to match the same style). The sleeve guards are a simplified version of the Mammen embroidery.
