As many of you reading this know, I am a huge music fan. There aren't a lot of moments during the day when I am not either listening to music, or thinking about music. My music style is very eclectic as well. My tastes range from Rush and Dream Theater, to Hanson, and even Ashlee Simpson. Though I am not a fan of rap, there are a couple of rap bands/artists that I do like (namely Kottonmouth Kings, ICP, and Snoop).
Anyhow, I have been reviewing music for quite some time, going back to my sophomore year in high school ('94-'95), and I've even had many a review site in my time (most notably "YtseReviews", with a good friend of mine).
I'll listen to just about anything twice (if I don't like it the first time, I don't see any reason not to give it at least one more shot), so I suspect there will be many reviews on here. There may be a lot of bands that I don't know a lot about, but I do like to put a bit of history around the band/album in many of my reviews, so I may peruse the world wide web for a few notes, but most of the review is all me.
Also, I like the idea of reviewing an album the first time I listen to it, and then coming back to it later on and giving it another review, so there will be times I will review the same album twice, just to see how my opinion has changed.
One last thing, I also like a lot of movies, and I read quite a bit, so this site may just have some movie and book reviews too.
