"I would like to let you know more about what I have been experiencing, some very strange occurrences. Over the period of 8 years I Have been staying in Culver City at 4117 Overland Ave. the Veterans Memorial Park in the State of California, a beautiful groomed quiet place surrounded by perfect cottages adjacent to Sony Picture Studios. I believe someone while Staying as a homeless person in the stair well landing of the fire exit for the Veterans Memorial Theater Balcony, the Culver City Police has given me unofficial permission to sleep there. (See Photography 2 link to top the left). I know that a person or a group of persons has been stalking me on my several visits to California, Pouring Trash & Dog Wash Water on to me, my luggage and my Bedding while I have been sleeping, in order "make me stink" so I would shy from the community area of the studio park even though there is a homeless shelter adjacent to the park, Open 4 months in the winter in a National Guard Building. I believe that it may be the Veterans Memorial Park Security or the Culver City Police & The Culver City Fire Departments, as the Park Security Is one and the same. Or it may be some of the persons that I had met with, in particular persons frequenting the McDonald's that is located at the corner of Venice Blvd. and Overland Ave. The particular group of Persons that usually stay in the back left rear of the dining room. 1 person who recycles trash, Brent, Or another person who owns a dog Warren, and a few persons who sold drugs to me while I was Addicted to Crack Cocaine, African Americans known as Jesse and Lester, (I had a run in with Jesse He stole some of my Buy Money and Lester I believe, when he sold me 10$ in drugs set me up for Arrest. (My first offense felony controlled substance Los Angeles County) also, a person who tried to Steal my Laptop computer back in the year 2004 or 2005, who I think may be the son of the Veterans Memorial Park Security. He was taken to jail and convicted, so I believe there may be Motive there With him and his father. Now I am infected with the deadly MRSA Staph Known as Mersa. It infects the whole body first with Topical skin lesions and small staphs boring deep into the flesh causing tightness and restricted Movement and then crippling into the wheel chair leading to amputation, the lungs organs and Heart becomes septic and the person dies. The reasons that brought me to California are even stranger that. I was arrested In DeKalb County GA., for a domestic problem. I had needed 500$ from my mother to save my mortgage on my beach House at 318 Indian Rocks Beach in the State of Florida. She owns a Home improvement business, Doing work in North Atlanta GA., she did not help I lost 60,000$ Equity and Fast Sale of the property. So I came back and hit her property and was arrested and convicted serving 5 years. In DeKalb County GA. While in DeKalb County Jail Pretrail-trial detainee I was infected with HIV/AIDS from a violent Sex Act From another inmate. That set the stage for a Civil Litigation against the DeKalb County Sheriff Mr. Robert Hand, also I was at that time affected by Psoriasis Being "FROZEN Or FROSTED OVER" slang Used by Law Enforcement Agents when they mix Chemicals in with the bathing water supply causing The chemicals to go down into the persons flesh causing severe long term dehydration otherwise Known as "DRYING THOSE DRUNKS OUT" is the terminology previously used. Of which causes Psoriasis and in the long term MSRA STAPH. In One study 86% of Psoriasis sufferers end up with MRSA STAPH. And my Psoriasis occurred In DeKalb County Jail Facility in 1994. Upon release from prison on April 15, 1999 I moved into my mother’s business office at 5382 Peachtree Rd Chamblee GA. and in 2002 I started a BA study for Computer Science IT. While in class my step father died and mom ran me out of the office and moved it to her house at 3264 Bagley Dr. Chamblee GA. I went and petitioned the Finance Department at Herzing Then Collage Now University, for further cash assistance and received it. Then I moved into my own Apartment still Making 3.5 grade averages. Shortly after that in the beginning of my senior year. I met a man who called himself Jonathon Levine and posed as an investment banker hiring me to build a website to test my ability, then the possibility of being his Network Administrator. Shortly after that the real trouble started, my computer began being hacked and my work was being interrupted and my computer I am using today almost 8 years later is still being infiltrated. Some of my video testimony files were deleted without any one touching the machine. this is why I suspect Police involvement. Also, in 2003 someone came into my house with a keyed entry, drugging me with something that caused me to become alert for 5-8 days at a time, I would wake up in my bed covered in sweat and stay up to the point of being hospitalized for fatigue. Finally the blinding blow, they came in and doped me so bad I lay asleep for 3-1/2 days and wakening up I was so disoriented I could not discern exactly what was happening, I saw that my cat was let out and that’s the only evidence I have someone was there with me. The Police did not investigate the assault. So I have reason to believe the Police or some Bureaucracy in Authority is Trying to kill me or Maybe Even Jonathon Levine. That activity is what drove me to California as a homeless person in 2004. It’s all available on my hospital records in GA DeKalb Medical Center In Decatur GA.Now all these things have happened to me being infected with HIV/AIDS and being affected by a 90% coverage of Psoriasis (being dried out), Having a Murder Attempt on my life and induced Schizophrenia and finally being infected with MRSA Staph (being trashed and dogged out)Over the years since winter 2003-2010 I have been traveling back and forth from Atlanta Ga To Los Angeles CA of which my Greyhound Bus tickets, Southwest Airlines tickets and Delta Airlines tickets will reflect the exact dates. During those times after losing everything I have ever had, I became addicted to Crack Cocaine Living In The Cecile Motel in Los Angeles 7th and Main Street and The Days Inn Motel In Atlanta GA located at The Kroger Shopping Center on Chamblee Tucker Road and I-285, (Now the Bugetel Motel). Both motels being infested with drug dealers and prostitution. On one of my subsequent visits to Atlanta in the Days Inn Motel I was broken into with keyed entry for 8 straight months and dosed with staph injections mixed with amphetamine keeping alert for 5-8 days at a time again, the Staph boils were extracted at the Saint Josephs Hospital in Dunwoody GA and that record on my Medicaid and at the hospital. That Staph was not the MRSA Staph. It Cleared up. Returning to CA after that. I was Fatigued by the Park Attendant again, I suffer from Insomnia From Schizophrenia all though I Take heavy doses of tranquilizers 1800mg Gabapentine and 300mg Trazadone a German Doctor at The DiDi-Herch dual diagnoses Treatment Facility the Excelsior House in Inglewood CA, Drug Treatment and Mental Health Facility. And the Authorities Know these things in CA having access to my Med- Cal Insurance Documentation. I returned to Atlanta GA.On that trip I was Addicted to Crack Cocaine again, the prostitutes using my room to smoke in, then after a while of that activity the DeKalb County Police came to my room and found paraphernalia on other persons in my room and attempted to charge me with it, I wrote the court for dismissal testifying of my findings at the motel Police involvement in entrapment and allowing drug dealers to operate their trap the prostitution and the hotel owner moving dealers around to hide them from too much traffic visibility, so the hotel and the police were dealing Cocaine. The motel is shut down, so this brings into play the Patel Family Hotel and Gas Station Moguls in Atlanta GA. After my return to CA I was then infected with MRSA Staph, returning home to Atlanta being hospitalized in Saint Josephs Hospital in Dunwoody GA for aprox. 3 weeks Treatment for MRSA Staph. Being released from there going to Personal Care Home Facilities, Privatized disability houses functioning with State License. Of which my address changes at Social Security will reflect. While in one set of houses owned and operated by the same persons located at Camden Forrest Cove and Camden Forrest Drive in Riverdale GA I was put into an area that had been used by MRSA patients before and I was reinfected severely, trying to go to the local available hospital emergency rooms that is when the hospitals started turning me away for treatments for MRSA Staph, as my Medicaid records will reflect. Also while at these houses I was poised up for 15 days all the time awake and eventually escaping in a taxi cab going to DeKalb Medical Center Emergency room Suicidal and septic in my lungs with MRSA Staph Or the Swine Flu. The hospital closed off the isolation area with some kind of blocking device and gasses me with something that cleared up my lungs overnight. Eventually the system bounced me to an old broken down slum in South Atlanta. At that time I went to the Atlanta Motel 4422 NE Expressway Atlanta GA, checking in for a few days leaving and returning to room 155 January 2010. While there some yellow substance was put into the water line one the room, I heard them install the line on the adjacent pluming in the opposite room. This substance was visible running down the walls and on the back of the toilet, condensation underneath my toothpaste tube. It was crystalline on the back of the toilet and I could scrape it up with my pocket knife clear and yellow crystals, under my toothpaste tube it condensate in a brown sticky substance. It caused me to not get wet in the shower and I could not ex-foliate any of the MRSA Staphs from my body and it dried my Psoriasis out severely. It also made me Sensitive to all types of radiation DuPont Polymers, Polyester, Acrylic, Plastic, Vinyl, Finishes On Wood Varnishes, my Shoes anything with polymers even binding on medications I can't tolerate my HIV medications any more, also Doxycycline and Vyncomiacine medicines for MRSA Staph. I heat up like I'm in an oven. The same thing Happens when I am in sun light and artificial light. I can’t even think of sleeping on a Nylon Mattress with Memory Foam. I was stuck at the motel for the Duration of 21 days. I called 911 The DeKalb County Police Showed up and I showed Him the Evidence Of the Yellow Substance on the walls and on the toilet, The Officer acted like he could not see anything. Then I called the water Department for DeKalb County and One of the Patel Family showed up The senior lab Technician for the DeKalb County Water Company and took samples. Also I was gripped with poverty I had to beg in the street to feed myself, and after I had called the man out for putting the chemical on me every time I bathed by cursing him through the wall of the motel while I was trying to wash myself . At that time the DeKalb County Police Shadowed or flanked my every move even on the bus line going from place to place and if I went out of the Count To another county that Police Department would show up promptly. I was faced with a particular Officer He was working Special forces Unit at the Days Inn Motel For at least 5 Years, They call Him "Crouger", all the little prostitutes Had Knowledge of His reputation in drug involvement. Also that is the Unit that I testified against in the above court action when I wrote the Judge for dismissal and came back to California. And there is more I believe His son has followed me back to California, He looks just like him. (see the photograph in the Photography 2 link to the top left). I left for LA on Delta Non-Stop From Atlanta, And I am Sill in Culver City Today 8-18-2010. I have been to 5 different hospitals in California and they have not offered affective treatment for MSRA Staph, they keep trying to tell me its Psoriasis, Even though I have already been tested and diagnosed in Atlanta GA. for MSRA Staph. One Hospital Brotman Medical in Culver City Hospitalized me for 8 days and offered me over the counter hyraquatizone cream and cold medicine by mouth antibiotics which heated me up and I was intolerable to. Another hospital County USC in LA Put Vyncomiacine IV For Three Rounds and my temperature went up to 105 degrees they also damaged a nerve in my right arm and now my right hand doesn't work correctly any more.
