The Clinical Trails are sets of Medical Research. There are five main phases of clinical trails.

• Phase 0: Pharmacodynamics and Pharmacokinetics

• Phase 1: Screening for Safety

• Phase 2: It includes the establishing the testing protocol.

• Phase 3: Final Testing.

• Phase 4: Post-Approval Studies.

In Clinical Trails each phase represent different purpose. In the first phase a single subtherapeutic doses of the study are given to small number of subjects to know what does the body does to the drug and vice versa. In second phase the researchers test an experimental drug in a small group of people to identify its safety, effects and safe dosage effects. In third phase the experimental treatment is given to larger number of people to check its effective and to further evaluate its safety. The fourth phase covers the experimental treatment to large groups of people to confirm its effectiveness and side effects. In the last phase of clinical traits it trials the postmarketing studies that includes treatment risks, benefits and its optimal use. He has done his internship from university of Maryland at Baltimore.
