A Little Bit About Me…

My name is Rita, I am a chef and a Junior Pastry Chef in Coldwater. I attended Geogian College’s Culinary Arts program. I have experience at fine dining restaurants and local retirement homes. For now I run Piece of Cake out of my home, making Wedding Cakes, Birthday Cakes, Specialty Desserts, and well I can make just about anything!

I am a cook by profession and a baker by passion!
