Greetings Saints from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ:
My Goals: To here my master say ”job well done good and faithful servant”) To win the lost to Christ. To be available to the church 24/7 to be a full time minister. To lead the church in a Christ like way of life. To be a witness to God. To help prepare the way for the return of our King. To help the church strive for excellence not perfection.
My Strengths: My sense of humor and outgoing personality. Able to talk to anyone about anything. Very Friendly. My past enables me to be a witness to ones still in bondage. Able to not look at their present or past but to care about their future.
Ok so I am not a seminary grad, but I am an ordained minister, but think of this neither was Paul. How would you like to have him as a Pastor? No I am not Paul, but I do however compare myself to him. I use his guide lines as a benchmark for myself. (1st Corinthians 9:19-23) I was raised up in a Baptist church and was saved at the age of eight. My father was a Deacon . And like many saved at a young age I have fallen. But have gotten back up and am closer now to God than I have ever been. I did say I was raised Baptist but now attend a non denomination church.
As for my doctrine, pure and simple, the Bible. What is in the Bible is true, and all of it not just the part that sounds good to you. As many doctrines are based on. I believe the qualities of a good leader should follow the guidelines set by Paul in 1Timothy chapter3 verses 1-7. At the present I am not preaching in a church on a regular basis I do however preach about once a month in church. My wife and I do have a nursing home ministry. And we preach every Sunday. And yes my wife does preach also on occasion. We both feel that god is calling us into full time ministry and are seeking Gods direction for us.
