I am a full time Ivy Tech Community College student. I will graduate
May 2009 with an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Degree in Office Administration
with concentrations in Medical, Administrative, and Software Application.
The
concentration in Medical will prepare me to be a medical office
administrator responsible for a variety of duties necessary to run a
medical office efficiently. The Software concentration will
prepare me for a career in an office environment from software
applications specialist to desktop publisher. An Administrative
concentration to handle tasks that might include secretarial duties,
scheduling work, planning meetings, and composing correspondence.
Ivy Tech has taught me to be a well-trained, take-charge person to
ensure that daily tasks are handled quickly and efficiently. I
have also mastered technical and interpersonal skills and am ready to
begin a career in your office .
