Red-colored Lobster Clam Chowder Elements:

 2 tablespoons of. butter

 1/2 cup diced celery

 1 cup diced onion

 1/4 teaspoon. chopped garlic clove

 2 tablespoons of. flour

 1 quart milk

 1 cup clams (in juice)

 1 cup diced taters

 1 tablespoons of. salt

 1/4 teaspoon. whitened pepper

 1 teaspoon. dried thyme

 1/2 cup heavy cream

Red-colored Lobster Clam Chowder Directions:

 Melt butter over medium warmth inside a large soup pot.

 Add onion, celery, leeks, and garlic clove. Saute for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

 Remove from warmth. Stir in flour. Mix well.

 Add milk. Whisk it as if you really mean it!

 Set a colander over soup pot. Pour clams in to the colendar, permitting the juice to empty in to the pot. When completely strained, set clams aside.

 Return pot to warmth (mediterranean-high warmth) and gradually provide a boil, stirring constantly.

 Add taters and seasonings. Reduce warmth to low.

 Let simmer for ten minutes.

 Add clams and let simmer one more 6-9 minutes, stirring from time to time.

 Stir in heavy cream. Let simmer another few minutes.

 Serve in hot sourdough bread bowls or perhaps in your preferred cup or bowl.
