There is nothing more therapeutic than relaxing with a glass of wine and creating something beautiful out of simple materials. I feel slightly better indulging in my favourite TV shows if I have created something I like.  For very little money and a little patience you can be rewarded with beautiful jewellery, charms and gifts.

Beading with seed beads requires a comfortable place to sit, good light, a tray and non-slip preferably velvet mat, needles, thread and of course seed beads.  For strength and to reduce knotting you could also use some beading wax however I didn’t start using it straight away so its not vital for beginners.
