Judaism & Roman Catholicism - What's The Difference?

Just Some Basic Things to Know...

Judaism and Roman Catholicism are not all that different-until it comes to the Messiah. On the Roman Catholic side, the followers believe that Jesus of Nazareth is Messiah;but on the Jewish side, they believe that the Messiah is yet to come, and that Jesus was a prophet and a good man, but not the Messiah. Although, on the other hand, there are those who think that Jesus was a false idol and that he had bad intentions, too. Both of these religions believe in God, but in the Jewish religion God is often called Yaweh, but in Roman Catholicism He is just called God. Both of these religions believe in Heaven and H_ll, although the Torah is said to only speak vaguely about the afterlife. In both religions, the fllowers are waiting in some way, whether it be for the Messiah to come or return again. In a way, Catholics seem to be more rejoicing, whre as the Jews are waiting patiently for the Mesiiah. In truth, the Messiah is the only large thing that the Jews and the Catholics disagrre on. In fact, the Torah is the same as the Old Testament in the Bible. Overall, these two groups have a lot of the same principles, although not everyone's opinions are the same. These two reigions share many things though the lifestyles and religious services may be different. For example, in the Jewish religion there are synagogues and Rabbis, and in Catholicism there are priests and churches. Bothof these religions believe that one has the choice between good and evil, God and Satan. That is how these two religions are alike and different.
