OPEN LETTER TO THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE Formerly entitled OPEN LETTER TO THE JOINT CHIEFS AND FBI This is a test poll question designed only to see if there is significant interest in a public discussion of the question, should we ask the military and FBI to step in for the executive, legislative and judicial branches of the federal government so that we can hold a new election to replace all six months latter. This poll proposal is suggested to be conducted using voter precinct cards for ID and addressed to the burogh of elections the FBI and JC will read it as will our politicians prompting appropriate change. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR MARTIAL LAW! Martial law is a state declared in times of national emergency were all come under military courts such is not necessary at present. The federal government under this proposal would operate as normal but with the presidency replaced by the joint chiefs, the congress by ranking military officers and the courts by the FBI. Our current elected officials would be sent home and issued a gag order not to discuss there former jobs as politicians. Grand jury investigations of the elect and courts may take place during the six months for fact finding but all federal elect and judges removed could not be prosecuted unless they lie in grand jury investigations. All removed would be pardoned all we would be interested in is why our elect has acted they way they have. We do believe that the US citizen is basically outbid for influence in our government by foreign interest and the only way to put an end to foreign control of the USA is for us to have a government not just a pack of car salesmen selling out our nation to the highest bidder like Bob Dole and Albright. In essence we the people would simply be firing all in elected office and employing the military and FBI as temporaries so that our current government does not do the citizens of the USA any more damage. The military and police of any nation enforces both laws and taxes without which there cannot be laws or taxes, likewise you cannot have a purely negotiated or political settlement with a hostile nation without a militia and the willingness to use it if need be because the hostile nation is such because they threaten to use there militia against us. A militia then of any nation may take control of its host country at anytime it so chooses whether the citizens like it or not. This question asks if the majority of US citizens desire the militia to step in which is far different than a military coup were the militia is not asked by the citizens as is often done in Mexico. Note: This question is also a request for an official vote on the matter from the U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE because there is no way that an on line poll such as this can reflect accuracy but it can reflect interest. A more accurate poll may be constructed by others to this question. The reason for this question The author of this question is a political activist who has observed that our elected officials of both parties no longer show any interest in proposals that benefit US citizens. Both the democrat and republican charge that one another is corrupt and unelected so I simply agree with both. The militia is sworn to defend the US constitution against enemies foreign and domestic but we cannot any longer pretend that our government is by any stretch constitutional or are our elect under the constitution and literal bill of rights including the president and courts. In other words the US militia is not obligated to serve our elected official or courts because both violate the military oath as well as there own. Polls, most popular media, and passage of citizen’s initiative laws all indicate by preponderance of evidence that the federal elect and judges are not acting in the interest of US citizens. It is widely understood that our federal government is mostly controlled by international corporations and interests and lawyers all who act to deprive the US citizen of the power of the vote and in-act agenda not in the interest of the US citizen. If anyone believes that our elect is acting in the interest of US citizens just try giving congress a call and make a request of them. I am confident that most US citizens will be disappointed in government responsiveness to your requests because we the people are outbid for government influence by foreign interests. This author has for years made suggestion to our elect to both parties and have yet to see either party produce anything positive save that coincides with the interests of other nations and international corporations. You the US citizen are being sold down the river in my estimation. Our nation’s only savings grace appears to be that we are controlled by multiple and diverse international interests not just the hostile ones but friendly as well but these will put there national interests first. By contrast the military and FBI personnel have had background checks and are all drug tested. The FBI personnel is schooled in federal law and tested by lie detector hence the FBI would make good federal judges even in a regular appointment. How this would work After getting an official vote on this question the military and FBI would simply step in and send current office holders home. The election six months latter would be held in absence of political parties all would be non partisan (issues only) because there is no need for political parties. Lawyers must lose there licenses to hold elected office and must reapply for a license after leaving office and passing there state or federal licences test, this to avoid conflict of interest. Only lawyers specializing in federal law or FBI could be appointed judges. As a final note the author of this proposal believes that our political class will not offer us a choice in 08 to correct our national problems nor can one person or even a majority in favor of one party or the other correct all the corruption and public misrepresentation as rapidly as we need in order to avert national catastrophe and force our military to declare martial law without invitation.
