Although ligers have been gone for some 25,000 years, in the new age of globalization, the prospects for a return of the ligers at some time in the near future are high.   Therefore, Persons Living In Povert, a topical organizatio seeks to prepare for the return of the ligers and the coming Second Human-Liger War.  Just as with Illidan, you are not prepared.  Mankind has reaped the seeds of its own destruction by breeding ligers once again. 

In order to deal with this upcoming threat, we ask you, people of the world, to trust in us.  

One problem faced by Persons Living In Poverty in our efforts to prevent the rise of the ligers at the expense of mankind is the lack of public support.  In essence, no one takes us seriously.  If Persons Living In Poverty is to be successful in our mission, we need the support of major world governments – particularly the United States, the world’s remaining superpower –in the form of social services.
