Art F. Jorge is a Geodetic Engineer with academic education from the prestigious University of the Philippines. He earned his degree in Information Technology from Ryerson Polytechnic in Toronto, Canada. He joined his father, the late Bureau of Lands Director Nicanor G. Jorge, Sr. in managing Computer Research Programming Institute (CRPI), the forerunner of computer educational institutions in the Philippines. Art was a staff in George Brown College in the early 70s and was a computer programmer and analyst for Honeywell and Livingston Industries in Toronto, Canada. A real estate professional since 1994, Art's real estate professional strategies have always been on the practical side, with a strong emphasis on moral values and professional standards.
Esmyrna Agustin-Jorge is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified General Accountant. She obtained her academic education in business administration from the University of the Philippines, Seneca College in Toronto, Canada and Vermont University in Vermont, USA. She earned her discipline in Business Disaster Preparedness and Recovery from the University of California, Irvine. Esmyrna was a faculty member in a number of colleges and universities in the Philippines and authored "Principles of Accounting" which became a recommended text for accounting students in Gregg Business College. She has been the principal of her family's business enterprises. Esmyrna became the Chief Finance Officer of York Hydro in Toronto, Canada. She was the City Controller of the City of Laguna Hills for almost two decades and was the Chief Finance Officer of Antelope Valley Transit Authority on her contentious retirement from her otherwise impeccable practice of public finance. She was Chairperson of the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers, Orange County Chapter for more than five consecutive terms and was a long-time standing member of the Committee on Pension and Retirement Benefits Administration (CORBA) of the Government Finance Association of USA and Canada (GFOA). She was a contributor in GFOA's professional publication, Public Finance where her article "A Win, Win Retirement Benefit" was published. She was a recipient of the "Award of Excellence in the Practice of Public Finance" presented by GFOA in Montreal, Canada during its 100th year anniversary. Esmyrna is a real estate professional.
