COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGN
Posters, stickers, and flyers distributed last March 16 must be seen all over VAB, Taguig/Signal, CAA, and Fort Bonifacio as agreed!
Please see attached softcopies of Reunion Campaign materials. We are asking for your help by printing at least 10 copies of these and circulate to your contacts. We still have sticker papers from Yayang, if you guys need.
Wilson B. is now doing the Streamer/ Banner design layout. As soon as finalized/ high resolution camera-ready na, we will forward to you Arlene T./Victoria & Co. so you can use in the tarps that you will sponsor. Ading Raymond you may also use this design for the streamer na ipapagawa you. Bridge B. and Archieval to secure permits para ma-isabit sa strategic location sa VAB and Taguig. As advised, sige i-draft ko letter request sa barangay. Thanks much mates!

Contact nos. in the campaign materials are owned by Ryan, Dennis, Ghie, and yours truly. All feedback, especially the contact details of mates will be forwarded to Jhuvic for the database.
March 20, Thursday, 6:00 p.m., SEDP-South ↙ next meeting, will distribute additional flyers, posters, and stickers, firm up fund-raising implementation strategies, collect contribution for the summer outdoor activity.
April 4-5, Fri-Sat, 6:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., Resort in Laguna ↙ Outdoor Team-building & planning, compulsory for Batch ＊96 Reunion Organizers/BRO namely: Beth Juan, Ghie Madara, Raymond Fernandez, Rona Constante, Dennis Dela Cruz, Alvin Alcance, Jhuvic Sangco, Ed Pornillos, Ryan Suarez, Karen Baylon, Francis Cabico, Daisy Gallardo, Ching Del Rosario, Bridge Brabante, Yayang Bahatan, Robert Salvador, Nathaniel Apostol, and Reyah. Other available & interested Batch mates are very much welcome to join! ITINERARY↙ April 4, FRI, 6:00pm 每 departure from VAB; 7:30pm 每 briefing on BRO Activity; 7:45pm onwards 每 dinner, rest & recreation time; April 5, SAT, 7:00am 每 breakfast & muni2x moments; 8:30-12:00am 每 BRO Activity/Planning; 12-2pm每 lunch, rest & recreation time; 2pm- BRO Activity/Planning; 5pm- Pack-up time; 6pm-leave the resort/ Travel back to VAB

TARGET: Confirmed 500 每 700 Attendees in the December Batch ＊96 Reunion
STATUS: more than 170 friendster members + 71 attendees from Dec. 27-Mar.16 meetings + 142 estimated informed mates via email, word of mouth, accidental encounters in jeeps, MRT, tricycles, church, schools, works, malls, etc. A total of 313 or 28% of our Batch mates are already aware of the Reunion plan, which means we still need to get in touch with 787+/- mates!
