We specialize in either supplying the customer with the full "Panel Kit" of your choice, delivered to your site, and supervised the unloading of your Panel Kit, or we are a full service Home Builder who uses our own Panel Kits to erect and build your home on your lot! Our Panel Kits save the customer about 30% in home building costs by having the exact specifications of your home to be placed on your foundation in one day! Each home is different and whether you are purchasing a small ranch home which the exterior can go up in one day or a 5000 sq. ft. mansion which can still actually have the full exterior and roof up in 10 days, the result is the same for the customer. The customer saves money and also saves on their finance charges! We will build your home for a full contract price throughout eastern New York and All of New Jersey, on contract! Our contracts give the customer the choice of just ordering the full Panel Kit Home or having our Builders construct the customers home, on a full construction contract. The customer may arrange their own finance or have us, (for a fee) arrange the finance with one of our Upstate New York Banks! The customer must also purchase the set of plans if they are going to do their own work! These Plans are stamped Architect Plans and are necessary for any customer to pre3sent to a planning board and regional or local building department! We do charge $3000.00 for the Plans if the Kit is being purchased alone! The Plans are also $3000.00 if our builders are to do all the work in a full construction contract but the $3000.00 is refunded at the closing of a retail construction contract, which has been approved by all lending institutions involved! Panel Homes R US is a "Specialized Home Builder" building both luxury Colonial Homes or standard Ranch, Cape, or Raised Ranch Homes! We also are the sole manufacturing Dealer and Representative for The Imperial Log Veneer Home, in both ranch, ranch with garage, and "Log Colonial"!
