This site provides a handbook - a brief and basic primer of knowledge and guidance for restorative, corrective,and uplifting inner work relating to topics of identity, inner life, self-transformation, spiritual strengthening - involving awareness practices such as psychosynthesis, guided meditation, visualization and prayer. Health and nutrition are also covered, with considerations for spiritual seekers, dovetailing with items of science, nutrition, and energy.
Among us are beings who elected to serve divine life on earth, who didn’t come by spaceship (obviously because no truly divinely spiritual being needs a spaceship to get around), and who exist as part of a Greater Service Industry which supports the Divine Order of Creation. This category of beings progresses along its own specific developmental path, referenced in many ancient teachings as Devic [1], which order of development creates, supports, and sustains environments, particularly in establishing optimal environments for a soul’s opportunity to achieve perfection according to its divine reasons for being.
An evident need for greater presence of what these beings can offer caused many of these to take incarnation in order to better teach, set examples, or aid particular struggling elements of earth. Unfortunately, many of those who elected to incarnate to help at closer range have become so traumatized while here, or became so involved with immediate imperatives over time, they’ve forgotten why they are here, or are no longer open to their own purposes of existence. Native qualities of truth, honor, genius, nobility, loving-kindness, love of beauty and harmony, love for perfection and integrity may radiate still, or resonate when touched, or lie dormant under heavy theater curtains of past pain.
Since this planet has never so sorely needed these geniuses as now, this has been sent forth to find you, to arouse your memory, to quicken your spirit, to acknowledge your value, to call you to Action.
We are not human beings having a spiritual experience;
We are spiritual beings having a human experience. [2] ♡
We are miraculous beings in a miraculous universe where the miraculous is business-as-usual. Only by contrast to the darkness and ignorance of earthly life does our native ‘business-as-usual’ seem so miraculous.
This book provides a rudimentary band-aid, a primer for a long journey of many steps. Hopefully this becomes a short-lived basic handbook to help some of us get our heads above water and take a long breath – without which one cannot take stock of one’s position, let alone negotiate one’s way to the shore. I say ‘short-lived’, since hope desires a sufficient, significant progress and learning may occur, which would make this document laughingly obsolete. I hope very much ‘tis so.
Often, a person’s responses to life are scripted by deep inner patterns from the fabric of divine origin; not necessarily from the waking, self-determining mind. When integral internal imperatives seem to be at odds with the outer mind’s considerations, a person may struggle to find a middle way, without abandonment of important values, yet bowing to immediate demands.
Also, all too often, a person’s responses to life are scripted by the impediments of the physical and other vehicles of life; not necessarily from the waking, self-determining mind OR from the fabric of divine origin. What a relief to become aware that remedies for such impediments do exist.

· some warning signs for the traveler;
· a basis for re-establishing and strengthening divine relationship and divine self-awareness;
· some keys for all-over physiological, psychological, and spiritual improvement and empowerment;
· some resources toward inner and other clearing, for greater advantage;
· a basis for greater self-awareness and understanding;
· glimpses into helpful processes and resources for further delving.
