Add to that 1 tspdry senna leaves and 1 tsp dried and chopped ginger root. 2)Let the herbs simmer for about 5 minutes, then strain them out. 3)Sweeten with honey. 4)It will take the tea roughly 8 to 10 hours to work, so don't make any plans for the morning. 5)Drink plenty of water during the day, and repeat this process for one week. Other alernitive colon cleaners include enemas, laxitives, and enzymes.
