Information from Ray and Susan about their work:
Our work is skillfully made, elegant hand-thrown functional stoneware and porcelain pottery, safe to use in the dishwasher or microwave and lead-free. Together we have almost 80 years of experience making fine handthrown pottery. We work together teaching pottery classes and making pottery by hand in our home-studio in southern Vermont. Ray has been working on a series of unique Reassembled Ring Teapots for the last fifteen years, and has been recognized internationally for these one-of-a-kind teapots.
