We have been trading here at Wakefield Court Beach for 21 years.
The business is very successful, being one of the most exclusively positioned holiday parks in Norfolk, all of the properties having superb panoramic sea views.
The park enjoys unrestricted trading for 12 months of the year.
Trading figures and occupancy levels are available for the past 21 years.

The holiday park and private residence are set in about 1 acre, next to our privately owned  sandy beach which enjoys the benefit of sea defences.

The business can be run by a husband and wife team
or with the help of casual staff for changeover days etc.
