Welcome to the 8th grade at Hopkinson!!

The eighth grade at Francis Hopkinson Elementary is very unique. This is because there is one inclusion classroom: Homeroom 305. What this means is that there is a mixture of general education students as well as special education students. This is an excellent opportunity for each student to participate in a very diverse classroom where all voices and skills are appreciated. All teachers in the eighth grade hold high expectations for every student regardless of a disability.

    Expectations:
  1. Every student is expected to come to school on time and in their school uniform.
  2. Every student is expected to attend school each day prepared with the appropriate materials to learn. These materials include (at a minimum) a binder with dividers, 2 pencils, 1 pencil sharpener, 1 pen, and 2 folders.
  3. Every student is expected to follow all classroom and school wide rules.
