History
John was born in Calgary Alberta Canada. Going through school as an average student thoughe excelled in the athletic areas. He was born in a military/hunting family, since he was young he had been firing firearms while hunting with his father. When John became of age he signed up into the military and began training immediatly. Though he never saw combat, his superiors saw alot of talent in him and signed him up for the Special Forces Commandos. This is where he began to get exceptional training. Due to mutant activity he was given special training on how to deal with mutants. Regardless of their powers he was shown how to take them down and with what he should use depending on the mutants.
Creation of the MGNG
A special nerve agent was tested on mutants. It would not kill them but instead it would make them uncapable of using their mutant powers for 2 hours making them a normal person. Thus it evens the playing field in which case the soldier will try to detain the mutant without harming it unless there is no other choice.
