Feb. 2007 to Present-
Housekeeping Manager for Ocean Forest Villa and Plaza through Sands Resorts. Managed up to 30 people during season. Paid salary with flex at 10.50 an hour. Duties are to do paper work, inventory, invoices, ordering, scheduling, payroll for the housekeeping department, payroll tracking, along with other jobs required to run the housekeeping department for both Ocean Forest Villas and Ocean Forest Plaza. We currently have 78 units at one property and 87 at the other.

Housekeeper building manager/supervisor for Ocean Forest Villas (Sands Resorts).-I became a
supervisor a few months after I was hired. Later I was promoted and trained as a housekeeping building manager. My duties range from getting paper work and keys assigned to housekeepers, inspecting rooms, office work, dealing with homeowners and guest to make them happy and comfortable and solve any problems that arise.
Start pay was 7.50 an hour, end pay was salary at 9.40 an hour.

Deep cleaning condos after winter rentals, getting them ready for summer rentals.
Cleaning condos for departures and arrivals. Maid service when required.

Inspect parts for defects, test parts, measure parts, data collection, and record data collection on paper and on a computer. Show operators how to measure and test parts. Problem solving. Working with customers to make sure they were satisfied with their products.

Sewed on a single needle sewing machine. Sewed the hem on boxer flies. Ran elastic machine putting elastic in waste of shorts. Inspect shorts for quality assurance.
