Early Beginnings

Miley Cyrus was born in Nashville, Tennesse on November 23, 1992. Miley's real name is Destney Hope Cyrus but her parents always called her "Smiley" when she was young so she changed her name to Miley for short. Her parents are Leticia Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus and she has five other siblings. Her oldest siblings are Trace and Brandi Cyrus who are Leticia's children whom Billy Ray adopted when they were very young. Miley also has an older half brother Christopher Cody who is Billy's son from an earlier relationship he had. She also has a little brother named Braison and a younger sister Noah who is also an actress.
