Um, I really don't have anything to add here.  If you are viewing this site because you are one of Franks relative's or friends, please let him know that I am looking for him.   I will be checking this site and blogging about my finds from time to time.  

I did a random white pages search today and was given the information that Frank has 2 known relatives (according to the internet, I have no idea how accurate this information is).  Their names are Kiyoko and Charles Good.  I have no idea how they are related, or if they are alive, just that their last name is Good.
