In February 2009 Fulwell WI was formed, by our founding member and President Melanie Gibson. We are a relatively new WI and have won the Rosemary Aird award every year for the most new members so you will not feel left out of the group as we always have new members to every meeting. So if you haven't been to Fulwell WI before give us a try. We offer a warm welcome to all women, giving them the opportunity to make new friends, learn new skills and above all, have fun!   

Visitors can attend up to 3 meetings for £1 per meeting before subscribing to be a full member.  Subscription to the WI in 2016 is £37.50.  For this fee you will receive tea/coffee and lovely homemade cakes during the tea break, Annual membership to the WI includes eleven meetings throughout the year; invitations to monthly events, i.e. Federation events, day trips etc.; eight "WI Life magazines" delivered to your door; WI discount vouchers booklet.
