The Institute of Alternative Medicine Cancer Research (IAMCR) has it's very humble beginnings back before 1987 when a few dedicated and devoted Christian workers under the close supervision of Dr. Carole J. Donovan - author of "Home Cancer" started a simple easy to understand home based correspondence school providing Alternative Medicine studies to people all over the country and in foreign lands.

Since then, the present quality of the home study courses have been upgraded tremendously to provide excellence in home study education with a very clear Christian orientation. Now, IAMCR as an alternative education service, and by design, proclaims independence from any accreditation is entirely at the discretion of the state powers or the more favorable individual institutions. So, the Institute for Alternative Medicine is truly an independant Chistian oreintated college and therefore is without a claim for state accreditation.

Currently, "The Institute for Alternative Medicine-Cancer Research" or "IAMCR" has improved all programs and yet still provides the same humble services as at it's very beginnings. Now providing more of a formal quality distance learning diverse courses that includes cancer and alternative medicine programs with a professional orientated mentorship service and lovely diplomas.
