The Miami Heat are headed to the Eastern Conference finals after scoring the final 16 points of Game 5, knocking out the Boston Celtics with a 97-87 decision.

LeBron James polished off the series-ending flurry with the last 10 points, capping a 33-point night that put the Heat in the conference finals for the first time since Dwyane Wade lead the club to the NBA championship in 2006.

"You're not beating the Boston Celtics with one guy as the focal point of your offense," Wade said. "That's why I recruited and found help ... When you have another guy that's capable of doing what LeBron does it makes the game easier. He had my back in a big way. That's what we've been dong all year."

Wade was sensational in the close-out game as well, totaling 34 points, 10 rebounds and five assists, while Chris Bosh added 14 points and 11 boards.

The Celtics missed five shots and had three turnovers over the final 4:15, ending any chance at back-to-back conference titles. Ray Allen had a team-high 18 points in defeat.

Miami Heats proceeds to  the east finals conference against The Chicago Bulls.

The Chicago  Bulls: Carlos Bozzer scored 23 points, Rose doled out 12 assists in more of a supporting role and the Bulls cruised past the Atlanta Hawks 93-73 on Thursday night, wrapping up the East semifinals in six games."It's huge for us to get this far," Rose said. "We're happy to get the conference finals, but we're not planning to stop right there. " The Bulls haven't been this far since 1998, when Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen were on their way to a second three-peat. Pippen sat near the Chicago bench, relishing a new generation that's carried his old team into contention for another championship.

Dallas Maverick: Jason Terry and the Dallas Maverick sended Jackson's tenure, and the Lakers' reign as two-time champions, with a 122-86 victory Sunday. After two tight finishes and another game that was relatively close, the Mavs turned this one into a rout in the second quarter.

With Terry leading the way, Dallas hit a barrage of 3-pointers to go ahead by 24 points at halftime. When he made 3s on consecutive possessions early in the third quarter, Los Angeles knew it wasn't going to come back in this game or the series.

Things got ugly early in the fourth quarter, with vicious, frustration-fueled cheap shots by Lamar Odomand Andrew Bynum getting them ejected 45 seconds apart. But at game's end, Dallas coaches, players and team owner Mark Cuban lined up to bid farewell to the Zen Master.

"It's been a wonderful run," Jackson said.

The 65-year-old Jackson has retired before, but he insists it's for good this time. While he goes out with the sour taste of his first sweep in 21 postseasons, and his second-widest margin of defeat, it can't override all the sweet days.

Memphis Vs Oklahoma City the series is tied 3-3. Next Game Tomorow Sunday at 3:00 pm on ABC.
