Mood:  celebratory

OK. I am excited.  I am buying my first new home and right now we are at the final stage of the process!  I placed an offer and my realtor told me there is a very high success rate that I'll get it.

I have been browsing online for ideas about decorating, colour scheme, furniture and interior design etc. ever since I started viewing the homes in the market 2 months ago because I've always known what I want: a good size 2 bed 2 bath condomidium (in the UK it's called a flat) with separate garage or a car port(a designated parking spot with cover).

The charateristics of my home:  An end unit on the 2nd floor (top floor) with vaulted ceiling in the living room that has a very nice fireplace with stone paved on it.  There is a balcony.  An open plan kitcken linking the living room and the dining area together.  The corridor leads to a toilet and sink (0.5 bathroom they called it, except there is no bathtub/shower in it) another good size room then the area for the washer/dryer then come the master ensuite bedroom.  My room
