Sausage Gravy
Topic: In the Kitchen

One of my favorite things to make for breakfast (and to eat:) is biscuits and gravy. I thought I'd share my favorite recipe for Sausage Gravy. I got this recipe from the Coutry Creations Bob Evans Farms booklet.

Sausage Gravy

1 pound Bob Evans Farms Original Recipe Roll Sausage
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
8 prepared biscuits

Crumble sausage into large skillet. Cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in flour until dissolved. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until thick and bubbly. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot over biscuits. Refrigerate leftovers.

Makes 4 servings (2 biscuits each)
