Three bedroom cottage, sleeps 10 easily. Full bath, microwave, stove, fridge, window A/C, gas bar-b-que on private deck. Large screened gazebo on patio in largest lot in area. Room for family reunions or trailers and tents . Lots of parking space!.
Located on Lester Boulevard (main road) a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the grocery store/ restaurant / snack/ take out/ ice cream parlour.
The path to the beautiful sandy beach is right across the road from the cottage( 2min.) unless you want to walk down to the store and go down the boardwalk to the deck and beach(5min.).
Hiking trails and many places to go walking. Beautiful scenery and wildlife to see.
A bird watchers paradise as well as photographers dream come true.
Water slides only 10 minutes away. Mini golf courses and arcades short drive. Grand beach is a 15 -20 minute drive or a great 45 minute walk. Many bicycle trails ,motor bike and 4 wheeler trails.
There are several night spots to go to as well... that are only a 15 to 20 minute drive.
Golfers will love this location as there are 3 golf courses including the Grand Pines golf course.
The beach here is wonderful for families and the water is shallow for a long distance out making it much safer and easier to watch the children.
I rent the cottage from Sunday (check in 3pm or later) to Sunday(check out 11 am) from June to the end of August.
$600 a week plus a $300 damage deposit that is returned at the end of your stay. September $550per wk.
Half the rent and the full damage deposit at time of booking and then the day you arrive the second half of the rent is paid by cash or money order.
Sorry because of the last couple of years I now have to ask for a damage deposit.
