  • Coordination of the Cash with Shipment program, including weekly reporting in MS Excel, order management and time-sensitive supplier communication often dealing with proprietary matters such as financial information and internal processes. 

  • High level coordination of special projects, including advanced management of MS Excel worksheets containing more than 50,000 rows, and MS Access databases for the purposes of project and metric tracking. 

  • Perform audits of colleague’s open orders to ensure accuracy and to help in the prevention of order credits.  Provide feedback when necessary. 

  • Documentation of process flow and the suggestion/implementation of process improvements.

  • Maintain critical awareness of proprietary marketplace and possible unauthorized third party infringement on dealer agreements.  Investigate product channel history to determine eligibility for warranty and other customer services.

  • Utilize spacial skills and detailed standard product knowledge to aid end-users in furniture specification and purchasing.  Create detailed design drawings and specifications for 15-30, concurrent projects and customers.

  • Plan and execute special events such as a client-directed open house for 130 guests. Preparations including working with catering, invitation development and RSVP tracking, venue research, reservation and day-of management, take-aways, etc.

  • Develop and implement new company-wide training program including assessment of training needs, development of training program strategy with Human Resource and employee enrichment representatives, and the creation of training materials.
