The guild is just starting out, so be patient for the member list to grow. You can help the guild's starting process by getting more
loyal members to join up. Just ask them to send me a whisper, or an in-game mail, and Ill add them as soon as I possibly can.
You can also help by donating any spare coins you have, but remember, we aren't all about taking money. Our guild is happy to
receive donations in order to help loyal members, like you we hope, and others in need. Dont give unless you can afford to,
suffering for the guild isn't the same as being loyal.

Forgotten Benevolence is a free themed guild. The various members we hope to recruit will be free to go on Raids, help with
quests, sell or give different items or services, and group to tackle instances or dailies. I expect all members to get along and to
help each other out, we'll all become friends here hopefully, and no one will have to be alone in times of need.

Our goal is to generously give back to the members who give their loyalty to the guild. The Guild Information log located on the
Guild tab in the Social window will give information concerning what loyalty is defined as in this guild.
Benefits for these trends include:
.:Full payment of one to three Level 30, "Normal" mounts:.
.:Full payment of, *or* donations given toward, one Level 60 "Epic" mount:.
.:Donations given toward one "Normal" flying mount:.
.:Donations given toward one "Epic" flying mount:.
.:Full payment of haircuts within a reasonable limit of times:.
.:Full payment, *or* donations given toward, regearing your character within a reasonable limit of times:.
.:Rare vanity pets, such as the many colored whelplings, given as gifts:.

Many more benefits may apply, and you may ask for a special request if you desire help with something else

Guidelines:

There is only one strict rule in this guild, and that is:
BEHAVE and GET ALONG

The rest are merely guidelines.
.:Help others, especially your fellow guild members:.
Although there will not be anyone scouting to see if you're helping any one individual, if you're spotted helping out, it does help
towards your loyalty factor. But alas, you shouldn't give or be generous for free stuff. Be generous because it's helpful.

.:Be the bigger person:.
Theres nothing more frustrating than bickering guild members. It's bound to happen, and if it's insignificant or petty, then be the
bigger person and stand-down. If the situation is more serious, then whisper me or send me an in-game mail explaining the
situation and I'll handle it the way I see fit, regardless of who thinks what's fair or not.

.:Don't whine:.
If someone received a more generous gift than you, and you believed you've helped out more than them, feel free to contact me.
But keep in mind only I give out official gifts due to noticable loyalty, and I give out donations based on what I believe is fair. That
may make this seem like a dictatorship, but all in all, I believe Im pretty fair, and if a reasonable argument is brought up against my overall
fairness then I will do my best to correct the issue. But that's not to say you're in the right, some guild members will just not be
satisfied with what they received, and Ive already prepared myself for that headache.

.:Be mature:.
This isn't intended to be a G rated, family guild. But it's also not intended to become a rude, adult oriented one either. All races
and classes will be able to join. Some of those players will be children, others will be matured adults. If you have a
problem with some of the things being said, and I haven't jumped to stop anyone, then ask the player to stop NICELY. If
they dont, and I again am okay with anything being said, then ignore the guild chat or just ignore
that person. This guideline however, does
NOT approve or give permission for rude, immature, and purely asinine
comments. Use your best judgment for what you should and should not say to others, and if your judgement
so happens to be contorted then below is a list especially for you...

Punishments:

Punishments are designed to discipline the loyal member so that he or she may think twice before repeating a guild illegal action.
If you dont like the idea of being punished for your wrong doings then either,
A. Follow the rule and guidelines; Don't do anything wrong
or
B. Don't join.

Like I stated before, I believe myself to be very fair and reasonable. I wont punish anyone blindly. Here are some ways that
I might choose to discipline you or others if such a need arises.
.:Warning:.
The harmless discipline. If you're annoying me or someone else, you'll get a warning, maybe two depending on how good my
day's gone.

.:Demotion:.
If you've struggled to raise a few ranks and then you break my rule, guidelines, or
disregard your warning, you may get demoted to
Listener. The Listener rank disallows you any access to any
sort of guild priviledge, except for listening to the guild channel. The good thing is that it's only temporary
and can last from anywhere to a couple hours to a couple days at most, depending on how bad you've pissed me off.

.:Permanent Demotion:.
Relax. No one will permanently become a
Listener, but if you're seriously intending on being a
permanent member, and you mess up a few times, then Ill just lower your privileges until you prove yourself again.

.:Ban:.
Don't relax. This is the worst punishment I have, and while your life may not end, your life inside this community will. There's not
much you can do to be banned, theres a very narrow road of obvious things you shouldn't do, so don't do them and all
will be peachy.

That concludes Forgotten Benevolence's guild information. I hope you took the time to read every word of it.
