This charming retreat in Sonoma County is a short walk across the town’s bridge into Guerneville. It is 1/2 block away from tennis court, children's playground area and Pee-wee golf. Enjoy Russian river from neighborhood dock or Johnson's beach. Relax in the redwoods in a beautiful garden with BBQ, table and chairs for group of 4.

Unit includes 1 bathroom and sleeping for 4 (one bedroom with queen bed and the other bedroom has a with double and a twin trundle).

The unit is beautifully remodeled with a green tiled bathroom that includes a shower. A retro updated kitchen with all new electrical appliances (dishwasher, stove, microwave and fridge) and black granite counter tops. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to make those gourmet meals on vacation.

The living room is attractively furnished with a TV/VCR, a CD/Radio Stereo, and a wood-burning fireplace.

Unit includes many extras including linens and towels provided for 4.

Parking for 2 cars in front of house.

Leisurely walk to the many events that happen along the Russian River in Guerneville without the hassle of driving or finding parking in town.
